I think they help
I feel like these are helpful for me. They seem to calm me down when I taken them. I take them in the morning so they’re in effect all day, and I feel as though they’re fairly effective for me. It’s 2 capsules a day and they’re a little larger than a regular capsule size, but theres no weird taste or anything so they’re easy to take.I’d say they’re effective enough and a great product for you to try out if you feel as though you need something like this. You could spend more on therapy, but take this inexpensive first step and see how feel. (But definitely go to therapy if you feel you need it!)

I’ve always had problems sleeping, falling asleep, staying asleep as well as anxiety. I’ve taken everything from prescribed anxiety, CBD, melatonin, you name it. During this last few months I was having super bad anxiety and stress at work. My watch was saying 4-5 hours per day “high stress” I started taking these and cold plunging and immediately felt and noticed a difference. They help most nights for sleep and on the days I took them my heart logged lows of 15-30 mins of stress a day which is huge. The days I don’t take them it’s back to 1.5-2.5 hours. However in the beginning taking them every day and sometimes 2 a night I felt a little too mellow so definitely ease in and maybe do 1!

I feel balanced
I was skeptical at first when I heard of Ashwagandha. But, so surprised how quickly I started feeling “normal” and just balanced. I did not get a spike of energy and I’m also not tired throughout the day. I used to get anxiety very often but I have noticed I do not feel anxious anymore for the most part. It’s easy to swallow, does not have any after taste and great value for the price.

Does what is expected
Product works as described and does what is expected. However, I had an unfortunate experience with this product as I have a great deal of difficulty swallowing pills. I put one of the pills in my mouth to swallow and because it took me some time to swallow, the pill coating softened and burst in the back of my throat releasing its VERY DRY CONTENTS which caused me to choke profusely, making it very difficult to drink water to get it down. I happened to be in the car and had to pullover (thankfully, I was not driving). To say the least, it was a very scary experience which required some assistance. Have not used since, however, if used I would dilute in some water or hot tea before taking.
