It came identical to the photo. Place for my iPad. Lots of pockets. I love how it can be a tote or backpack, only came with one strap, to convert to backpack you loop it through the buckle. That would be the only thing I would suggest is, ship with 2 straps. But I love this purse. I always get compliments on it
