I’m 5’10” and around 185 lbs. I usually wear a size 12 or a large in most everything, but I got the size XL in this and I’m glad I did. I have a fuller bust and booty, and I think the XL gave me plenty of room. As you can see from my picture, the back is a little on the cheeky side, so if you have a fuller butt you may want to go up a size (unless you are comfortable showing it off!) The XL also gave me enough room in the bust, but just barely. I’m a 34DDD, so I need the extra room. If you are smaller busted or thin/not that curvy, you could definitely get your true size. I like that the sides can be tied so that will kind of help you customize the fit. Also the top you can adjust the ties around the neck and the back. Thing I do like is that the next strap is thicker, so it’s not like it cuts into your neck area like a thin strap does. Overall good quality and, I like the cut!
