My 13 year old Aussie switched to plant based because of some gut issues and allergies. What was first going to be temporary because his standard diet for 6 years. He has more energy, more movement, better fur, and more solid poops than ever. He also loves the taste. I do top it with some vegan treats or vegan meats for the taste but it has all the nutrition my dog needs. We also put our golden retriever and Pekingese on it and they are all THRIVING. Thank you!

Rancid. Will sicken upon consumption
Rancid definition:(of foods containing fat or oil) smelling or tasting unpleasant as a result of being old and stale.I’ve worked in the food industry for over 30 years and I’m positive about what rancid smells like.This is so rancid, where the oils have gone bad, that I’d not even try to feed it to my pets. Fresh out of the bag rancid.Normally I’d just think the bag was accidental corrupted and exposed to air, which putrefies oils, but given the other ratings, and no customer service, no returns… I think this is a scam company.There’s some really good vegan options, such as Natural Balance, V-dog and…. While they’re still making vegan option: Halo

The BEST cruelty free dog food!!
I did my research on vegan dog food and Wild Earth is by far the best! My dog is thriving on it and gobbles it up every day! I love that my dog and I are both vegan! The veterinarian said she is in perfect health and that her weight is great. I appreciate how fast it is delivered too! The price is worth every penny for my dog’s health and wellbeing. Thank you for creating such a quality, vegan dog food!

Mini schnauzer’s sensitive ears love it
This is the only food (we’ve tried so many) that doesn’t cause my schnauzer to turn into a yeasty mess. He loves it. I love that he has experienced fewer ear infections since switching to this food, and also that it doesn’t have that offensive dog food smell. I haven’t had any issues with rancid oil or spoilage as some of the other reviews have mentioned. Super happy with this dog food!

Just started wild earth dog food. I bought product to see if it would help my dogs itching and skin lesions. I do know my dogs like the flavor. Have been mixing the old dog food with Wild Earth and they pick out the Wild Earth to eat first.

Very disappointed in this new formula.
I’ve been a happy customer of Wild Earth’s dog food for a long time now. Recently, I found I was unable to order the food, and not understanding that it was because the formula had changed (therefore a different product listing), I tried some made by New Balance. Well that didn’t go well at all; my dogs were suddenly incredibly itchy, attacking themselves, throwing up, and didn’t want their food. After learning that Wild Earth still existed and had “improved” their formulas (which, on closer inspection, are actually wildly different), I immediately ordered this thinking “We’re saved!” Yeeeeeah, no. My dogs were eager at first, but now they have digestive issues, constipation, they’re rejecting their food, and I’m back to square one (and yes, I did follow directions to ease them into the new food; didn’t work in the slightest). I hate having to leave a bad review, but I want to warn others that this has been very bad for my dogs, they can’t eat it, and you should be aware of the risk before trying it.
