I love these shoes!
I have had these for atleast 4 months I wear them everyday. Comfy, minimalistic, they look great(imo). I work with the deceased family so I have to look professional, I stopped wearing my dress shoes. These look good enough to pass. No rips or tares yet, they breath very well. They fit me and true to size. Wide toe box is awesome! Can wear and walk in them all day with no issue. They have decent grip(nothing real aggressive). I was wanting xero or hobi minimal shoes but why pay $80+ for minimal and simple shoes? Kinda annoying to think about how less goes into primal type shoes yet they try to charge more. I WILL KEEP BUYING THESE UNTIL THY CHANGE OR STOP MAKING THEM, LIKE A BORING GRANDMA.

Amazing shoes for the price
These shoes are great, I purchased a different pair from this brand and liked them but got these for work because they don’t look weird. They are very comfortable and fit my feet perfectly, I just order my size. They are also extremely quiet. I can sneak up on my students and scare the bejesus out of them. They are also super durable. I have had these for a year and use them every day and as a teacher I walk a lot more than my roommate who sits at a desk all day and he has destroyed two pairs of vans in the time I’ve had these. The only drawback is they are so soft that if you step on a rock or a Lego or something it still hurts. The picture is after a year of use, running around with 12-14 year-olds playing foot ball and soccer, stepping on gum, walking on the grip covered outdoor upstairs hallway to my classroom every day, jumping up to touch the ceiling to prove I’m still bigger than (most of) them and the occasional jumping off/climbing the wall by the lunch area to retrieve a ball or an RC car. Yeah, they held up well.

Wide toe box
I actually have three pairs: black, brown and these gray. I love the shoe for shorter trips around town and are mostly comfortable. The room in the toe box is phenomenal! My toes never feel jammed together. The soles, however, are not as great. After 5-6 hours, my feet start to complain with the lack of cushion in the bottom. Theme park shoes, definitely not. Running errands, yes. Mostly sitting at a computer with the occasional walk about the office, yes. With that said, durability has not been an issue for me, all three pairs still look great and I’ve had two of the three pairs for about two years now.

Wow!!!
TLDR: GET THEM. WORTH IT FOR DAILY GYM LIFE!!!Ok I was skeptical with these because 1. it’s a no brand and 2. it’s on amazon. I was on the barefoot market for a very long time trying to research which is worth getting. I saw reviews for the toed-shoes and the ones that are pricey like Vivo Barefoot. I was going to go for the expensive pair, but came across alllll the raving reviews for this shoe. I kind of went in blind hoping that these were decent since amazon has a lot of bot reviews. but I have to be honest… these are AMAZING for my wide (bunion) feet. I was experiencing a lot of tense muscles/ knots under my feet, even with custom inserts, so I decided to go with barefoot to “train” the muscles in my feet to get stronger on their own without support. I started strength training at the gym with these and omg they’re amazing for leg days. My squat form is way better thanks to these. I even use em on the treadmill, but if you run and go long distances, it will probably start making your feet sore. Wear high quality socks and slowly break these in to get the benefits. I don’t go to the gym without them anymore. They’re solid and have not fallen apart on me yet. It’s been about a month or two with them and I can honestly vouch for how legit these are.Heck, try these walking around your home. You’ll love them! Super lightweight and comfortable. They also feel more breathable than most sneakers -a true godsend because I also get sweaty extremities!

Function > Form
This is my first pair of Whitin shoes and also my first pair of wide toe box shoes. They also just happen to be the most comfortable pair of shoes I’ve ever owned. There is no break-in period. They were amazing from the first time I put them on. With that said, they are also probably the goofiest looking pair of shoes I’ve ever owned. I wear a size 13 so I jokingly refer to these as my clown shoes. However, I’m at the age where I’m not concerned with the look of my shoes as much as the comfort.I bought a couple pairs of Brooks shoes recently and had to go to a size 14 to allow for sufficient space for my toes. As a result it feels like I’m wearing skis, which is especially annoying when I’m driving my manual transmission car. They work great for my running routine and for when I’m going to be on my feet all day, but that’s about it. The Whitin shoes with the wide toe box allow me to buy a size 13 which fits much better and allows me to feel the peddles in my MT much more.I highly recommend these shoes and I’m sure this will be my first pair of many!

great light-weight comfortable shoes
We have 3 pairs of these between two people at our home – these shoes are great. Wide toe box, zero drop, and adjustable laces make them very comfortable. I wear them around the house and find them easy to slip on and off.

No half sizes… Otherwise a very comfortable shoe…
Zero drop??? I believe the heal is one or two degrees higher in this shoe. I am likely wrong. But, for me, that is preferable. I am just beginning to use barefoot shoes. I read the reviews that indicated that a size 10W was likely good for a size 10 1/2W. But, I can feel my big toe up against the shoe. It should have some small amount of free room. But, I am afraid that the size 11 would be too big. It feels comfortable now, but it is snug. In my opinion, the toe box is still a bit small even with the Wide. 10 1/2 would be perfect. No socks would also likely be perfect. Darn… I wish I had some more input. I think I need to read more of the Whitin reviews. Generally, I either keep or send back a shoe after trying it on for 5 minutes at home. I will wear this one longer and then update this review.

My first barefoot shoe. I enjoy it quite a bit, but in case you don’t know, it has some upsides and downsides:upsides: Its nice and wide, your foot spreads out and it feels almost like a slipper. If I had walking gait issues these would probably helpDownsides: No padding underneath. I mean that’s the point, your foot is now closer to the ground, but depending on your previous footwear it can be quite an adjustment. You’ll really notice when you’re walking on softer ground like grass vs sidewalk and road.I cant do super long walks in these, my feet tend to get sore from lack of padding. Maybe I need time to toughen up my feet.Replacing the insoles is difficult since the shoes are so side that any normal insert you get wont touch the sides of the shoe, so it may slide aroundI find when walking on a smooth concrete floor or similar my shoes make a tapping noise that I cant seem to stop no matter what I do to change my gait, either than tip toeing. Its a small but strange quirk of these shoes.Build quality is expected for the price, not terrible, but not amazing either.

Have owned these for a bit over a year, and they held up very well to regular wear.

Great fit, some cushion, but zero drop, great for transitioning into minimalist footwear.

These shoes are the best. I’ve had a couple pairs in the last couple years and these have become my go-to shoe!

Parece un gran producto, pero no llega la talla correcta. Falta esa opción en la página de compra.
