This is my second time ordering this product because I have seen a difference in my skin & nails. I have a glow to my skin & my nails are stronger. It doesn’t have a nasty taste nor is it hard to swallow. The recommended dose per day is 3, even then it wasn’t difficult to swallow. I will continue to buy this product as I feel it’s keeping me young!

Great product
I really like this product. I notice a huge difference in my nails when I don’t take it. I used to take biotin but this makes a noticeable difference where biotin did not. I am hoping it helps with my bones as well.

Good product but hard to swallow.
I received this product about 3 weeks ago and I realize that my hair is shedding less and my skin is a bit softer. I take 3 pills per day as directed so this should last me around 50 days which I believe is value for money. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the capsules are so hard to swallow, I’ve actually resorted to emptying the capsule contents in juice and taking it like that. It doesn’t have an unpleasant taste though so that’s a plus.Overall this is a good product and I will purchase again.

Just received so no benefit evident yet for an accurate review…. except for these …
So far, so good. This order was only received just a few days ago, so it’s much too early for any benefits to become evident; hence, the 3 stars (i.e. a temporary placeholder).Most importantly, am not experiencing the stomach and toilet issues mentioned by a few 1 star reviews. This might be because I stagger the 3 doses to 1 with each of 3 meals daily instead of all 3 at once; rationalizing that it’s more effective to maintain a constant level of collagen in the body versus overwhelming the gut.Other pluses: There’s no taste. It appears that all the capsules are completely filled. Again, so far, so good.Will update this review in 1 to 2 months after the expected benefits materialize.

Worthy of leaving a glowing review!
I started taking this as protocol to heal my gut. I didn’t expect is many wonderful benefits. Since taking these, my hair has flourished. It’s growing in stronger, thicker, fuller, longer, shinier & healthier overall. I’ve never in my life seen my hair this healthy & I haven’t cut it in over a year. Before taking this, my hair was starting to show typical signs of breakage & was starting to look like it needed a trim, now it looks camera ray after a blow dry. I’ve been taking the collagen for about 2 months now? Also, my nails are thicker & growing in stronger. My blemishes are fading & I’m finding less things to pick at on my face so my skin has certainly been improving. My skin tone is evening out & the dark circles under my eyes are becoming lighter. & my fine lines under my eyes are disappearing! For reference, I’m in my early 30s with early aging signs, so fine lines have only started the last few years or so. But all of these improvements have only been happening since I’ve been taking the collagen & I don’t think I’m going to stop taking it any time soon. It seems to have been what I needed all along but just didn’t know it yet & I’m here to recommend it for everyone!

I’m in my fifties and I started getting mild pain when climbing the stairs. A friend told me to take collagen type II so when I saw this product with collagen type II, I thought I will give it a go. After taking it for a week I found out my joints pain is getting better. I will continue taking this product and hopefully can see more positive results. Thank you.

I was really looking for a great product to improve my skin because as you age, it loses the elasticity. Good thing this collagen is in a form of capsule. It is easier to swallow and there’s no after taste. I normally take one pill after meal in the morning and one in the evening together with my beet root supplement. I am on my one week now with this product and I can already see improvements on my skin, hair and nails. Surprisingly, my joints and muscle feel stronger when I run on my treadmill. By the way, Im already 48 years old .
