Best Vegan Omega 3 I’ve Tried
These are excellent. Other brands I tried had harder capsules and were covered in oil making it a messy ordeal to get them out of the bottle and some would crack leaking into the bottle then leaving shards on other pills, which wasn’t fun to take.These are flexible capsules with no oily exterior and are elongated to swallow easy. No mess, no after taste, I couldn’t be more pleased. Good price too.

Fish oil gives me the burps and I just don’t like it. This product is a great alternative to fish oil to get your Omega 3’s which is important to your health. This product is a little pricey but you get what you pay for and I recommend it.

Lump in my stomach
I like this supplement for its high DHA content–best omega 3 for anti-inflammation–but I feel like I have a lump in my stomach every afternoon after taking it. Sure enough, when I quit, the feeling didn’t repeat. From what I’ve read online about carrageenan, I think that ingredient is the cause. Too bad, because it otherwise seems like a good product.

Soy vegetariano desde hace 17 años, siempre he sido capaz de tener una dieta equilibrada que evite que tenga que tomar suplementos, pero el DHA es algo que no encontré manera de hacerlo, por lo que lo suplemento desde muchísimos años. Como es sabido por quienes hayan investigado algo sobre el DHA, hay dos fuentes, pescado y una minoritaria que es la de algunas algas. Algo que es indudable en este tipo de productos, es que dependes totalmente de la confianza, yo como usuario no se si realmente en la cápsula que me tomo hay lo que dicen y en las cantidades que dicen. Tras ver durante años como marcas aparecen y desaparecen me ha hecho sentir muchísima desconfianza de este tipo de productos.Hace cosa de medio año una amiga me dijo que ella estaba tomando estas y decidí darles una oportunidad. En estos meses tomándolas lo que puedo decir es que estoy muy contento. En cuanto a la composición no nos queda otra que fiarnos, pero sobre lo que si puedo opinar es sobre mi percepción como usuario.Al abrir el bote, he de reconocer que me parecieron muy grandes las cápsulas, pero son muy fáciles de tragar. Algo que me encantan es que nunca, jamás, me ha venido el sabor de algas después, esto es algo muy recurrente en este tipo de productos y a mi me recuerda tanto al pescado, que me hace sentir muy incómodo. Ni una sola vez me ha venido un atisbo de sabor, no se como lo hacen, pero es lo que más me gusta. En cuanto al precio, la verdad que me parece un precio razonable para 2 meses. No es barato, pero ningún producto que sea de fiar lo es.Por decir algo que no me gusta, las pastillas se “pegan” entre ellas en el bote. Tienes que darle un golpe seco al bote para que se separen, no llegan a juntarse al 100% pero se quedan como apelmazadas, entiendo que es por el tipo de revestimiento. En cualquier caso, tampoco es nada molesto, un simple golpe al bote antes de abrirlas y listo.En resumen, como en cualquier suplemento, nos toca fiarnos de que lo que dicen es lo que hay, personalmente por la historia de la marca, yo me fío y respecto a la experiencia con ellas, es muchísimo mejor que con otros productos similares.Editado:Algo a tener en cuenta si no las vas a usar a diario, es que a veces los envases llegan con poca fecha, por ejemplo, el que me acabo de comprar en marzo del 24, tiene como fecha de caducidad octubre del 24. Personalmente, para mi no es un problema porque cada tarro me dura dos meses, pero en caso de que no vayas a usarlas a diario, podría venir con poca fecha.
