Love this book! Great recipes
My husband was diagnosed with alpha gal where he couldn’t eat beef or fish anymore. He could only eat chicken and turkey. So even though we arnt completely vegan. I wanted to learn some good recipes that didnt require beef. I havent been disappointed. Great recipes!

I do not consider myself a vegan but this book could change that. It isn’t just a book of recipes. It talks about the different kinds of vegans and why they choose to not eat meat or use products that come from animals. It gives you what you need to keep in your kitchen to be able to prepare recipes. And a whole plethora of unexpected knowledge. And, of course, the recipes. Minimal ingredients seem to be needed for most. The pictures make the meals look amazing and I cannot wait to try them out!
