Easy to digest
These Omega 3 vitamins are easy to digest and there is no aftertaste. They are also vegan which is important to us. They are not gigantic like horse pills so they are easy to swallow. Just started taking so cab’t comment on effectiveness yet.

The Best I’ve Found Without Weird Oils Added
I searched the entire internet and Amazon to find some vegan omegas that didn’t have weird fillers and also seed oils in them! I am so glad I found these. I am very sensitive to things and have had zero issues with these – they are easy to swallow, and I am feeling much better. I have very low omegas from being allergic to fish and not having an adequate source in my diet for many years, and with these I’ve seen my levels start showing up better on blood tests, plus I feel more “with it” brain-wise. This product will be a fixture in my life from here on, for as long as they make them!Also, their packaging is so darn impressive. Nice glass bottles that I always reuse, plus they come in a cute cardboard tube with a cap that I have repurposed in a ton of ways a well.Extremely impressive product and so glad to support them – HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Not Too Many Additives, Unlike Other Brands
I was content taking fish oil but my new doctor urged me to switch to plant-based omega’s, citing the potential mercury in fish oil. Also he said this is what the fish eat to create the omega-3’s in the first place.I chose this product because it had fewer additives than most of the other brands (even big-name brands like Garden Of Life or Wiley’s). I did not want things like sorbitol or sunflower oil to be in my omega-3 supplement. This one does have glycerin and carrageenan, but the amounts are probably small and overall, this brand had less “extras.”The capsules are very small and easy to swallow. There is also no after-taste or fish burps with these.The main limitation with these is that they do not have a lot of EPA or DHA in them per serving. With 2 capsules, you only get 150mg EPA and 300mg DHA. That’s not a lot compared to fish oil. However, comparably priced algae oil products are not much products are not much different, so I will happily stick with this brand for now.

I’m on my second bottle of this now and it’s a great value vegan omega 3 (compared to some of the competitor products, which can be quite expensive!) I love that the company is looking after the environment too with a tree planted for each bottle sold.
