    I didn’t realize just how many recipes were in this book! There’s smoothies , soups , french toast , falafel and so much more!!! I can’t wait to try all of them

    Wow! Vegan Recipes for Everyone!
    I have never considered becoming a vegan but these recipes are an option I would choose when preparing meals for my family. There are recipes covering the spectrum of eats! The recipes are easy, healthy. Given that they are protein rich, you know you will lose weight if that is a concern.

    There are zero Instant Pot recipes in the book as the amazon book title would lead you to believe. It appears that this has only been done for SEO inside of amazon.

If you’re looking for a good vegan diet, help with toning your body and overall good health than this book is for you. The diet is designed for you to lose weight and build lean muscles. The recipes in the book are rich in protein and 100% vegan, and easy to make. The ingredients are found in your local grocery store and the recipes are easy to make.Recipes in this book are on the following: smoothies, breakfast, salads, soups, appetizers, main courses, side dishes and desserts. Like all of the author’s books you can make the recipes your own and be creative as long as you use the core ingredients in the book.The recipes in the book are different, interesting and delicious. I highly recommend this book if you’re looking for a cookbook on including high protein in your vegan diet to help with weight loss. Most of the recipes are around 35 minutes to make only a few of them take a bit long and well worth the wait. I enjoy the cookbook like all the other ones the author has written. I have now read 6 out of 9 of his books am I looking forward to reading all of them and added them to my book collection.     With “the rise of veganism”, the food is healthy and cooking is easier than you think, lots of great recipes, this book as some brilliant.easy to prepare recipes. Delicious and nutritious, the author as added helpful little boxes at the top of each recipe to let you know how long it takes to cook them.

    This book is totally rubbish! I could write a worse review. For £16+ it is a total rip off for a very low quality publication.The only effort made on this book has been the cover. Dont waste your money!
