Loved the Mango popsicle and Caramel Apple Cookies
I was looking for different vegan healthy recipes for my family and I and this book delivered. Is jammed packed with tasty recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Of course, I started with dessert. Loved the Mango popsicle and Caramel Apple Cookies. Can’t wait to try the rest. I recommend this book if you’re trying to eat healthier or going vegan. It’s an easy read and found it very informative.

Good book! This book will totally give you vegan diet that is very interesting. There are almost 30 vegan recipes given. By reading this book i learned all i needed to know about vegan diet and it gave me 30 awesome recipes to get started. I think are kind of sandy tasting, but I kept an open mind and tried the recipes. Recommended it!

This book did a great job giving some awesome vegan recipes. I’m always looking for things that are easy to make and I found it here. In addition to the recipes, the author gives some benefits of being vegan. Overall a great cookbook and can’t wait to try some of these recipes. Bon Appetit!

As mentioned in my earlier review on Amazon for Ketosis, I am constantly on the look out for the best diet to complement my ‘healthy lifestyle’ consisting of jogging, weight training, eating food upto 80% of appetite and frequent regular small meals throughout the day to prevent weight gain.My quest led to to Veganism and then to this book.To say that I was excited after reading this book would be an understatement. I was completely taken aback by the way a vegan diet bringss about a change to your body and how can one prevent cancers, diabetes, cardiac diseases and other harmful diseases only by being on this diet.I have to say that just removing ‘milk’ from my diet has made me more agile and active and I never ever feel bloated.Secondly, almost completely reducing the intake of packaged food has made me feel healthier and less heavy in the body. As a result, I have to frequently visit washroom as my system is not stuck with meat and dietary items, but is cleansed by increasing vegan recipes.Yes, that is the next part of the book — recipes.Though not a cook myself, I found the recipes with time-duration under 30 minutes very helpful; especially the Green Chocolate Shake (could be made under 5 minutes) and the Vegan Sandwich. I’m up to trying other recipes also but could safely vouch for the authenticity and effectiveness of the vegan diet and recipes mentioned in this book.I will recommend this book to anyone who wants to add a health benefit by incorporating a healthy diet plan with some scrumptious recipes that are also easy to make
