    The book is well-made and has all of the nutritional information. Unfortunately, there was only one recipe under 10 g of fat per serving. Fat grams per serving run anywhere from one 8 to over 20. Also, many of the recipes are high in sodium. If those things are not important in your diet, then the book should be fine for you.
