    Pretty good
    I like the light skim of info on tofu, it’s not a history book and doesn’t spend much time on the backstory. There are some nice recipes in here, and a good explanation of the types available and when best to use them.The formatting is really…unpleasant, I would say. The start of the chapters begin with the first letter of the first word on a separate line, it looks clumsy. Also, just about everything is bullet-pointed in some fashion. It’s not necessary or esthetically pleasing to have the majority of the sentences led off with a symbol in front of them. Sometimes it looks like she used a period as a bullet-point.Maybe setting it out in a more traditional cookbook style would look nicer. But it seems like a good book otherwise.
