A solid and informative resource for healthy cooking
I like that this book is for beginners and is very accessible to the reader.Too many cookbooks have 15+ ingredients which is daunting to a beginner like meLots of different , easy to make recipes.Only real criticism is that it could have used some pictures so you can see what you are trying to makeWell done.

Nicely put together
This cookbook is nicely put together and full of easy to make recipes to help people begin a Plant-Based lifestyle. I have tried a couple of recipes so far and they have been easy to make and tasty as well. I recommend this cookbook if you are trying to get started on a new chapter of your life. It is straightforward and there are NOT pictures for each recipe so if that is important to you, please keep this in mind.

Exciting plant-based cookbook
The recipes are simple, delicious, and packed with nutrients, and the meal plan is a great tool. This book shares a lot of practical advice, which is very helpful. It would have been nice with some images, but it is a great book for beginners.

Yummy recipes
Another great book that my daughter and I can spend cooking with. We are trying to be healthier as we have some very unhealthy family genes so we figured letβs cook together to help encourage each other. The recipes are easy to follow. Iβm pretty picky but thereβs plenty of recipes to choose from.

Wish the book looked like the cover
the points i think the cookbook needs to work on:- All these recipe photos on the cover and none in the inside, photos of the recipes are a must, or else any cookbook becomes boring, many recipes will start to look the same with the visuals.- The recipes follow each other, not every new recipe on a new page, and with no photos, it becomes a bit hard to find a specific recipe needed , especially that the table of contents doesnβt show the page- Imperial system is the only one used without its direct conversion to the metric system, making it harder for non-US readers to follow- Recipes are generally good and numerous recipes available, But i would have liked to find more dishes from around the world, Hummus, baba ganoush are really top notch plant based foods for example.

Great intro to plant based eating
This book is full of delicious and healthy recipes to help you start or continue on your journey of healthy, nutritional eating. The menu planner is a very useful tool to take the stress and confusion out of planning meals. Great tool to add to your health toolkit!

This book has a HUGE selection of well-described meals with very good instructions. I can’t falt it at all other than not having images for each recipe. But then, I’m not sure that’s needed anyway, I guess it might be nice to see the dish though. This has given me some great new ideas this book. I had cancer a few years ago and so I’ve been looking to clean my diet and not consume processed food. This is now my bible.Favourite recipes so far:Spinach and Mushroom Tofu ScrambleWarm Spices Apples with Almonds and RaisinsSweet Potato and Black Bean Breakfast Tacos (i make these for dinner not breakfast)

The book is okay, if your only looking for a long list of recipe with little informations on them. There is no pictures of recipes. It give a name a list of ingredient, and some informations on how to prepare them. You can find way better cooking book

I enjoyed the great variety of recipes here – it reminded me of my grandmother’s cookbooks. It doesn’t have any photos, which I didn’t realise, but then it was packed with recipes (180+ to be precise), whereas sometimes glossy cookbooks fall short.

This was a great easily accessible read for beginners (like myself) starting on a plant based journey for health. The recipes are varied and seem easy enough to follow and I am looking forward to trying some out soon.
