This cookbook has a great section in the front of the book with helpful information about plant based cooking and general cooktime charts in the back. The recipes are a mix of classic and maybe a bit more “exotic”. It gives setting instructions within each recipe. The pot roast recipe has changed forever my past way of seasoning and timing from my old pressure cooker recipe!!!! Definitely recommend!!!! Yummy book

The plant based diet cookbook is splendid. I inclined such huge numbers of successful things from this book. Awesome guide for beginners
Cool! The recipes are great for a minimalist cook wanting to use a simple amount of ingredients with a big flavor result. All of the menu items I’ve made so far from this book have been mind blowing. My gf and I have been so happy with the meals we’ve made. I’ve recommended this book to a few people already and I’ve only had it a week or so. Amazing one! recommended

So good, I’ve bought it twice
I adore cookbooks, and like many, have shelves of them, but authors book is really special. Typically, I’ll sample a few recipes, then shelve a cookbook next to its cousins, but authors’s lives on my kitchen counter, covered in spilled ingredients, a regular reference for what I feel like cooking. Her recipes are simple, accessible, but divine, and elevate the weekday meal as much as they offer adventures for the weekend!

In the beginning, it gives you a lot of tips which are helpful if you’re new to veganism. It also gives you recipes for little things, tells you how to cook certain things

Amazing! I wasn’t expecting such a well made quality book for the price! I saw it in a catalog and decided to look for it on Amazon for faster shipping. Was super glad I got to buy both books, can’t wait for the baking book. It’s a gift that I think is a little tough for some 6 years old!

New to vegan
Take my review with a grain of salt, as I’m giving this book 4 stars since I am new to vegan cooking and slowly warming up to many of the recipes. I had been eating a low carb, protein heavy diet, but am looking to reduce my animal protein intake to lower cholesterol.

Plant based diet Cookbook recipes themselves are easy to follow. Recipes are categorized by meal type, meat type, and there are also vegetarian recipes. The best part of this cookbook for me and what makes it feel like a complete cookbook is that it has a dessert section and it is so great
