    More than a cookbook!
This is more than a great cookbook! It is about personal life transformation. It encompasses your whole body and mind, along with a healthy eating lifestyle. A great concept because that’s what improving your health is all about.Their stories are encouraging, with every step of the way to being a healthy person from the inside out!The whole book is inspirational! The grocery lists and recipes, which are fun and colorful, are written out clearly and easy to follow.I like how the recipe page numbers are inserted with the certain foods that are mentioned. The references being on the same page are easy to lookup if you want to navigate deeper into the topic. To everyone who is looking to take their health to a new level, this cookbook is for you!

Educational and well written. Easy to use recipes!
I am a bit of a cookbook snob. I am happy to find these recipes are well written and easy to follow. It takes a lot of care and effort to create this kind of book and I am quite happy. :)Home cooks and busy folk should find a lot of help here. Easy to find ingredients, time saving techniques, and an ease in cooking that will get the kids helping in no time. If my mother and grandmother had made veggies and fruits like this I would have LOVED them. I was fed over boiled carrot rounds which were called ‘wheels’. No flavor. Salad was a wedge of iceberg with a drizzle of dressing. It was what they knew, and bless them for it!Aside from the recipes – the book is beautiful! There is a 40 day challenge which I am eyeing… Fun stuff.Good food and guidance on other aspects of living and parenting. Now, if I could only convince them to adopt me when I reach my second childhood, I’d have it made! 🙂

Eating your best and keeping it simple!
I love Erin & Dusty, theiri kids are beautiful!!! I made a few of the recipes already, some before the book, like the Sweet Potato and Kale Chili, It was delicious! I made that twice. I plan on making those bars today! I appreciate the simplicity of the recipes too.The book is done so well with all the colorful pictures. And easy to read for eyes like mine. Lol.It’s worth every penny!

IT’S SO MUCH MORE THAN RECIPES!
I have followed Dusty and Erin since Max was a baby. This book takes you along in their quest to find better health, better habits and like-minded people. They are open, honest and candid about their highs and lows along their journey. They warmly invite you into their home, their lives and straight to their kitchen table. It’s not easy to leave behind almost everything you were used to eating, finding new comfort foods, running bloodwork to ensure you were on the right path, and then have babies that are growing into beautiful healthy children helping mom and dad with everything from garden to table! They are truly a DREAM TEAM couple that pours love and positive energy into everything they do. We are privileged to have them share it with us!I’m 61, have raised 3 children and was a culinary demo specialist for Whole Foods and I absolutely LOVE that their recipes are simple yet creative, packed with nutrition and delicious! Gone are my days of the 20-ingredient recipes – they add the 1 ingredient that my Italian background has taught me is KEY – and that’s LOVE!This book captures the essence of pouring love, color, fun and pure joy into meals that anyone will benefit from and enjoy. This book is only part of their story. I met Erin and Dusty, Max and Liv in Costa Rica at one of their health retreats. I’ve since been to visit with them in Florida and our circle of friends continues to expand. It is a pleasure to watch this young beautiful family thrive with plants and will be looking forward to more gatherings and definitely more books!!

Energizing Inspiration for the Whole Family!
I’ve been a long time follower of Erin and Dusty and a plant-based eater for about 15 years. I’ve even penned two plant-based cookbooks myself and retired from recipe creation to focus on my family. So it may seem like I would have no need for yet another vegan cookbook. Not so! I value a nutrient-dense, balanced approach to family-friendly plant based eating, and that has become even more true as my kids get older and we are no longer in the “rely on fake substitutes” phase of transitioning to that lifestyle. (Not that there’s anything wrong with that…every plant-based approach has an impact for good!). But these recipes, practical tips, and nutritional insights in Erin & Dusty’s new book have lit a new fire under me, my husband and our three kids. The photography is beautiful, the layout is inviting, and the vibrant, nourishing breakfasts, the filling and hearty dinners, and the satisfying and healthy desserts have all been a hit with each of us. I highly recommend adding this beautiful cookbook to your kitchen!

A MUST to purchase. Fantastic read!!!
Fantastic book!! One of the best. WFPB books to help all of us eat healthier. A wonderful resource with excellent tips, recipes, and insights – so great!!! Whether you’re 2 YO OR 82, it’s a super book to read and educate the readers on the healthiest way to eat instead of the Standard American Diet. I am so grateful for all their hard work in creating this beautiful book. 📖 thank you. A great addition to your healthy cookbooks.

The Happy Healthy Plant-Based Cookbook is such a great find! The recipes are simple, delicious, and packed with healthy ingredients that don’t feel boring. Whether you’re new to plant-based cooking or just looking for fresh ideas, this book has you covered. It’s not just a cookbook. It includes helpful tools and tips for anyone starting out on a plant-based lifestyle, making the whole transition feel super easy. The long anticipated EatMoveRest book is here! A lot went into this plant based book as you can see vibrant photos, easy to follow recipes, along with beautiful photos of a healthy family of five, what I would call, the epitome of health. I have been following this family for years, they have been a guiding light as we raise our three young girls, they are very knowledgeable and well read in the healthy industry. This book has so much to offer, I give it a 5 star rating, and a special 6th star for the photogenic kiddos! Roxanne (Canada)

Love the pictures. Can’t wait to try new recipes. Already tried couple of them because they were in the ebook that I bought a couple years ago, but to finally have a paper version is great.
