My mother recently has declared herself gluten free, and I was really unaware of how to make a tasty meal with mindful ingrediants. This cook book has been great for both of us! We have made several dishes and intend to keep working through this book together. The beginning has a lot of great learning tips that I found really helpful. From there we’ve worked through 6 or 7 dishes our favorites so far being the breakfast burritos or the garlic butter shrimp. I also made the creamy pasta salad and even my kids are raving about it. I really am excited to get into the deserts section next!
