Delicious and Easy Vegan Baking
This cookbook is a fantastic resource for anyone interested in vegan baking, whether you’re a beginner or have some experience. The recipes are straightforward, easy to follow, and most importantly, delicious! I was particularly impressed with the variety of recipes, from simple cookies to more elaborate cakes. I appreciate the inclusion of both metric and imperial measurements, and the bonus salad recipe book is a nice addition.

A beautiful cookbook
This book is wonderful. It’s full of practical tips, handy substitutions and amazing recipes! The illustrations are elegant and appetizing and the recipes are pretty straight-forward considering. I like the idea of introducing one vegan meal a day (maybe one a week for some) rather than going in full throttle.Its a beautiful book that would come in handy if you’re trying it for yourself or if you have vegan or vegetarian friends coming for coffee.

We have tried several recipes out of this book and none of them tasted god and steps were clearly missing from the recipes. It presents like this was written by an amateur .

Makes vegan baking look easy and delicious
I enjoy looking through baking books, and this one was a treat. The book is beautifully formatted and includes a lovely color photograph for each recipe. The recipes look delicious as well as easy to follow. Vegan baking doesn’t have to be intimidating, and it won’t be when you’re armed with this book. It begins with a handy overview including the basics about vegan baking, information on ingredients, veganism, and even a brief, interesting history of vegan baking. The recipes are divided by categories into four chapters: cookies and bars; bread, biscuits, scones, and rolls; cakes, muffins, and donuts; and tarts and pies. Plenty of tempting choices for any occasion!

Delicious book
This book is great! It offers practical advice, clever ingredient swaps, and incredible recipes. The illustrations are both stylish and mouthwatering, and the recipes are surprisingly simple. If you’re not sure about such a dramatic step, it suggests the concept of starting with one vegan meal a day instead of diving in headfirst. It’s a gorgeous book that’s helpful if you’re giving veganism a try.

I have not tried any recipes yet, but reading the book, there are some concerns about how successful they will be. An American text, with alternative measurements in ml – even dry ingredients have been put in ml and appear to be a standard measurement for a cup. Different ingredients don’t weigh the same so I can’t see how the outcome will be as pictured. Some typo’s too: a teaspoon of vanilla becomes 95ml – if I was a beginner baker following these recipes without question I don’t think I would be pleased with my results.I will try some, but using cups, to ensure that I have best chance of success. There are more useful books for beginners.
