Perfect for cheap and easily accessible vegan meals!
I. LOVE. THIS. COOKBOOK.I can’t even tell you how many people I’ve recommended this cookbook too, especially friends and family that are considering going vegan, or are working on transitioning to vegan.I love that it tells you if something can be made in one pot, if it’s dorm friendly, etc.Not to mention that just about every recipe has ingredients that are affordable, super easy to obtain and aren’t abstract ingredients that you’ll only use once or twice. Not to mention there’s so so many *simple* recipes that don’t take a million years and steps in the kitchen. The chickpea melt? SO easy and my boyfriend fell in love with it.I will always recommend this book to others, as it’s helped me so much on my vegan lifestyle journey and made the switch so much easier.

5 vege-stars 🥦⭐️
Okay but this book is amazing. These recipes are easy enough for a total bozo in the kitchen like me to make and they’re DELICIOUS. Do I add smoked paprika to pretty much every recipe in the book? Yes. But that’s the cool thing about these recipes- they’re versatile and easy enough to tweak to your exact flavor craving. I already recommended the book on Facebook with this pic. If you want a few new plant based meals to balance your diet, pick up this book!P.S. I am in no way connected to anything or anyone with this book. I just was really pleasantly surprised and like to promote my favorite stuff 💜

This book is awesome!
My sister is vegan and about to start college so I got this for her as a birthday gift. It is so cool! It shows you the cost per serving on each recipe, as well as which recipes are dorm friendly, easy to make ahead of time and save, and a variety of other “tags” that help (gluten free and things like that). I am not vegan but I might buy a copy for myself anyway – the recipes all look so good! There is a lot of variety and most of them don’t require weird ingredients you have to buy at health food stores and stuff like a lot of vegan cookbooks. Definitely would recommend!

Not Just for College Students!
What a pleasant surprise! I ordered this book for my granddaughter because she is Vegan and soon to be college age. At the time I was teaching a transition to plant-based cooking class to a group of elderly men and women. Although this cookbook wasn’t the reference book used, it sure came in handy when the group started asking how do you say Quinoa, much less spell it. This is a wonderful cookbook for those who are just beginning, at any age. Enjoy the simplicity and really cool way she lets you know if it is to share, cook, or a one pot meal. My granddaughter and I plan to tackle every recipe and put Nonni’s special touch on them. It will be a treasured memory for the both of us. Oh yeah! the cost per serving is definitely for the parent who is paying for that college education!.

Great looking cookbook for my daughter
I ordered this for my daughter, who just graduated college, as her first cookbook. She was very excited when she saw the recipes as I kept hearing her say things like, “Alright! Pizza!” She hasn’t cooked me anything out of it yet but I’m looking forward to seeing her try out recipes for the first time. I feel confident that this cookbook will serve her well when she moves out on her own…eventually. This cookbook is such a wonderful idea! Heather does a great job getting the younger generation off of processed foods and into healthier eating.

Great if you have a good amount of cook options
This book Is a great idea but what I hate about it is the method of cooking is unorganized say I am at all in a mood what can I make in the croc or the microwave what is non cook able for my day out it is not organized for that some things need a stove top or blender and I am not set up for doing such dishes so organize the cook methods I may rebound this book so I may use it I have no patience for it right now tho

Je suis ravie, même si j’ai dû attendre longtemps, j’ai eu un soucis de commande qui n’arrivait pas et le vendeur s’en est occupé. Merci a lui

Anything by Heather Nicholds is done well – and this new offering is no different. I have not tried all the recipes but the ones I have are tasty and delicious. In addition, all are easy to make, economical, and made with whole foods (i.e. little to no processed foods). The instructions are easy to follow. I like this book because in addition to the recipes, there is a lot of good information about nutrition, health, which is all helpful for anyone – vegan, student, or all other!
