These cups are sturdy and smooth and arrived quickly.They are packaged snugly in styrofoam to avoid damage.The bamboo lids are a great touch. They do not fit snuggly into the mug. If you’re planning to drink it with the lid on, be sure to hold the lid while sipping, or you’ll get a face full of coffee. Lol. Otherwise, it’s beautiful and worked exactly how I needed it to. And customers LOVE them!
