I needed to add more protein to my diet & have been trying numerous protein shakes. The strawberry is creamy with a light flavor. Not horrible aftertaste from artificial sweeteners. It only adds 16g of protein, but isn’t overly heavy of calorie dense. A little pricy, but still better than most of the shakes I’ve tried. Absolutely love the lack of artificial sweeteners.

This doesn’t taste as good as Boost, but it is much more filling and it’s vegan! I was vegan for a long time but I had to do a mostly liquid diet and I drank Boost and felt super guilty about it. I’m so glad to have found this. It costs about twice what Boost does so I just drink half as much. I haven’t tried the vanilla but the chocolate flavour is pretty difficult to choke down. It tastes like carob but more bitter.

I need to add a few more calories to my life, and these are meeting that need – I wanted something organic or at least “clean” ingredients (as much as that means anything at all) and they’re pretty good on that front.I find the taste much too sweet and the texture much too thick out of the carton, but I have found that if you pour it into a tall glass with about a cup of cold coffee or strongly brewed tea (and ice if it’s available) it actually tastes pretty delicious. Jugo juice used to have a smoothie with berries and coffee and it reminds me of that.if you need to just drink it straight and fast, a straw helps avoid the texture.overall I recommend it, meal replacements are rarely “good” so this can be considered a decent taste despite being a bit gross.

These are one of the few things I can eat that’s quick and convenient on a low fodmap diet. Make sure they’re chilled!! Shake very well also.

I am on day 56 of an “only” Sperri shake diet. It is cheaper and faster to stock up via Amazon, however I have had 3 separate 12 packs of Sperri shakes show up leaking all over everything. These do not ship well. If you are relying on these as I am you cannot afford to open them up and be surprised that they are no loner useable. Unfortunately getting them from the store makes more sense. The last several batches have also tasted quite stale and not fresh. Otherwise they seem to be doing their job as a meal replacement. I am hiking mountains despite only consuming Sperri. The chocolate is good. The strawberry can be bearable at times with a straw. The vanilla is terrible tasting.
