Tasty vegan bacon! Just make sure you’re cooking in oil
I think these look disgusting raw but taste and crisp up great! If you’re getting these to be super healthy, good luck to you, but if you’re just looking for a vegan replacement for bacon, remember to add oil!!! And honestly, this applies to every vegan bacon I’ve tried. There’s no actual bacon fat in these of course, and they’re very blah if you just cook them as is. Bacon is bacon largely because of all the fat, let’s be real, so however you cook them, make sure you’re adding some. You don’t have to go nuts or anything, I just spray both sides with a vegan cooking spray (more than I’d use on just a pan, but still, I’ll lay out 2 or 3 slices, spray once or twice, close enough to hit all the slices but not much around them, flip and repeat) and cook them in an air fryer, and yeah, I think they’re great. I have cooked them in a pan too, and same thing, remember to add a little fat–I just prefer the air fryer because they’re thin and can cook a little too fast and burn on the stove. They’re not my absolute favorite vegan bacon, but I think they’re pretty darned good for my uses.

A non-vegan’s favorite bacon.
I’m not a vegan and literally ate Turkey bacon the morning this was delivered. This is delicious. It is thin and can get crunchy if you overcook it but it has a little bit of a pepperoni after taste, which I felt was odd but still delicious. I ate a few slices on the side and combined some more with vegan eggs to make a breakfast sandwich. This is my new favorite bacon.

Not bad
I tried this for the first time. At first try it was kind of chewy but the next day I fried it pretty hard and the crunchiness of it actually made it flavorful. Definitely has an acquired taste to it, but not the worst. I could get use to it. It does not taste like bacon at all, but from other bacon alternatives I have tried this is the best one.

I wanted to like these!
I really wanted to like these, as I am wanting a healthier version of bacon for several meals throughout the week. Unfortunately, this did not satisfy the craving. The bacon had a texture that was not my favorite. I like where they are trying to go with this one, but just was not for me!

Tastes Ok
Crumbles once cooked. For those who prefer crispier slices, it may be annoying to have to pick crumbles onto your place. Smells fine. Tastes pretty similar to the animal bacon. Really wish it’d withstand higher temps and not become bits of salty toast but not terrible, overall.

Almost gave up on these. I’m glad I didn’t!
Well, these things taste amazing! The trouble is with the way they’re packaged. It’s extremely challenging to get a slice of fake bacon out from the mound of stuck-together strips. Luckily, I did some experimentation and discovered that if you use a rubber scraper, you can carefully slip it in between the slices to successfully pry loose each individual slice of bacon. When I open the package I go through a process of pulling each piece from each other and carefully arranging it in a Tupperware container that I will store in the freezer. Once the individual slices are frozen, they could be easily put into a pan in the morning and cooked to perfection. If you plan to freeze your bacon like I do, be sure to arrange the slices in a creative way in the Tupperware, so that they don’t lay on top of each other, otherwise you’ll have the same mess as if you hadn’t done anything at all. I’ve included a photograph to show how I freeze my slices so that you can try it out for yourself. Good luck!

If you’re looking for cruncy bacon look no further
When I ate meat, I was that guy everyone hated who had to burn the hell out of bacon to enjoy it. I didn’t like gristle, I liked the crunch and the taste.LifeLife feels me on this. You can make their bacon soft, but it really shines if you put it in the oven and make it so crisp you can hear someone eating it from a different floor.I thought crispy bacon was a thing of the past for me, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have 6 packs of this in my fridge right now. Did I mention that while the sodium is a bit high, an entire pack is under 300 calories and a decent amount of protein. So you want to eat a whole pack of bacon? Go ahead. I’m about to.

Crumbly and lacks flavor
Tastes like ham. Except that it crumbles. I can’t even separate strips. It just falls apart. It will get rock hard, so make sure you watch it carefully as you cook.
