Great product
I was kinda of skeptic with this brand, but decided to tryout and I have to say it is performing way better than what I was expecting, just took a 7,000 miles trip and part of it was through farm land and rough terrain and this shocks took the beating pretty well. I’ll definitely buy another set when this ones are done.

Things to note
Fits my 2” level great. Nuts are a different size than the factory shocks.Trucks rides great from my blown out stocks. Would buy again. Installed on a 2003 sierra 2500HD with a 6.0

Pretty solid shocks
These have been very good to me I’ve had them on here almost a year the ride definitely improved my only discrepancy is they’re starting to make noise when I brake

Negative 5 stars !!!
Negative 5 stars !!!!! They are the wrong ones. The upper stud is too small a diameter and too short. I removed the OEM shocks and noticed the top studs were wrong, now I have to re-install all of the OEM shocks so I can drive to work Monday. Obviously Rough Country has an issue about knowing what they are talking about.EDIT !!! I not only am returned the shocks BUT I just cancelled my $1599.00 lift kit order for my Super Duty. I don’t care who you are or where you are, You had better learn and teach some respect to your tech support people. When your tech guy tells me I need to get longer shocks (even tho he said I ordered the correct P/N) and I explain the shocks are fine and that the stud is too short, After asking if I can send a pic showing the difference, RC’s l tech guy tells me, QUOTE, “geezus krist, I’m not going to argue with your a**, I don’t need this and hangs up” AFTER refusing to look at a picture of the stud differences between the factory shock and RC’s AND having me step out of my office and measure the front stance / Distance AND saying the shocks WERE the correct length. I asked how to fix it, I NEVER raised my voice or spoke but only twice, once explaining the problem and the second time saying the shock length wasn’t the problem and asking if I could send a picture of the studs. He refused to look at them and hung up. The whole conversation was less than 4 mins most of it, him swearing. I will never spend a penny on ANY Rough Country product.

Does not fit a 2000 silverado 2500 maybe does for hd
Nothing against the shocks i have them in the rear i believed in amazons algorithm to tell me which shocks where right for my truck and then when I finnally got time and energy to replace my shocks I got the backs done and got the front jacked up the tires off to luckily realize these r the wrong ones before removing the old ones but I missed the return window

Bought these for an unmodified 2009 Sierra 2500HD. When trying to install them it was obvious the stem was too short, but the diameter of the stem was really narrow too. Figuring they must be the wrong shocks I contacted Amazon who made me contact the seller, who told me they’re correct, even after the pics of them obviously not fitting, telling me I need to take it to a shop. Eventually they relented and said they’d take them back. So I ship them back, and a month later they arrive back at my house. So even if they were the “right” shocks, the stem is so weak and piddly I could see it breaking.
