    Looking forward to good eating all winter!
    My wife and son are vegetarians, so we often eat the same meals quite often. Recently, I’ve been searching for easy options that require minimal effort. This collection has some great recipes that I can toss in the slow cooker and forget about. Mission accomplished. There are even drink and dessert recipes included. I wish there were pictures, but I like how the recipes are laid out. I tend to do my own thing and usually use recipes as a suggestion, so this book has given me a lot of ideas. I’m glad I found her books and look forward to checking out the Air Fryer recipe book as well.

    Who knew there were so many vegetarian recipes for the Crockpot? There are no pictures in this cookbook, but there are tons of simple recipes with simple ingredients. There’s even a recipe for osso buco made with mushrooms! Can’t wait to try it!

    Missing directions or ingredients for some of the recipes
    I was super excited to try the teriyaki tofu pad thai. I was getting everything made and put into the slow cooker, and as I was making the sauce it says to whisk together certain ingredients and mentions lime juice as well, but the recipe does not have lime juice listed? I noticed a couple different errors throughout the book, but luckily I can improvise a little bit.To be clear, this is not a whole food plant-based cookbook.. so I substituted whole foods for some of the recipe items such as coconut sugar instead of brown sugar, liquid aminos versus soy sauce, coconut aminos versus tamarind paste..stuff like that.Otherwise, this is a great recipe book. I just suggest you make sure you read the ingredients list versus the instructions to make sure everything jivesproperly 🙂
