This book does a good job describing a plant-based diet and establishing its benefits. The recipes are clear and easy to follow. There are vivid pictures of the finished food. But there is a glaring omission of nutritional macros. There is a helpful meal plan and shopping list near the end. Overall, I you don’t mind calculating the nutritional information yourself, this cookbook will work for you.
