I finally got this wonderful book! I really like to eat and cook healthy and healthy food! This book contains a lot of diverse and great recipes.In addition, all recipes are divided into departments: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, dessert, which makes it very convenient to search. Not suitable for my lifestyle
Just wanted to share this info. While reading this I discovered pages 21 and 22 are between pages 118 and 121. Pages 119 and 120 are between pages 20 and 23. Definitely a page layout issue. And, a lot of the recipes look good, but I live alone and many have way too many ingredients.

Not helpful for developing a weekly/monthly plan. Lack of an index means that you can’t search for specific ingredients
