Easy to make/follow
I have been using my air fryer for years and I love it, but I am always looking for something new to try in there and 2/3 of my family are vegan or vegetarian so I was excited to have this as so many things I make in the air fryer contain meat. Most of the recipes have typical(ish) ingredients and the directions are always only a few sentences which means they are easy to prepare and not a lot of ingredients to make things complicated. There are plenty of unique recipes to try, I would love to see some color pictures, BUT it’s an inexpensive book so I will give it a pass, since I know that would increase the price. Overall, I would recommend it, lots of recipes that look delicious and easy to make.

This book gave life to my second new air fryer.And i have finally started my vegan lifestyle,The cookbook of worth every penny i spent. It is indeed for beginners like me since the recipes are very easy to understand. The prep and cook times are given so you will be able to manage your time.Each recipe also provides the quantity of serves.The ingredients are very easy to find.The recipes are clear to understand. It is well spaced on each pages.I also like the paper used as weell as twxture of the cover page.

Vegan for a new diet
As the New Year kicks off, the resolution kicks on to try a new healthy way of living. I had tried a few cookbooks before and was intrigued to go on a month-long meat-free diet. This book advertises to have 150 healthy plant-based recipes. Although there are many choices, it’s hard to know how delicious they are if you have never seen these recipes. I had tried Rosemary and Red Wine Glazed Mushrooms but preferred family recipes better. The S’mores pocket with a regular pastry (not vegan) was easy for the kids to make themselves. All in all, there are plenty of recipes to go with if you want to try something new.

Best book ever! I love how the author started with teaching me why a plant based diet is amazing for us. My favorite recipes are the French-toast sticks, zucchini fries and balsamic glazed onion petals. I went vegan about 2 months ago and so happy I found these recipes!

Not just for nuggets
I love my air fryer, but I’m stuck in the trap of only using it for things like frozen appetizers and nuggets. I never thought about using it for homemade things. This cookbook doesn’t have any pictures, but it has a ton of recipes. I am especially in interested in making my own vegan “bacon” bits out of mushrooms.

This book is great to have as a vegetarian. There are tons of great recipes with healthy ingredients. The recipes are organized into categories using the main ingredients (mushrooms, roots, breads, etc) and there are sections for breakfast foods, dips, dessert and more.

For someone just getting used to an air fryer for a wide variety of delicious plant based dishes, this book is really, really handy with the heating and timing instructions.The recipes are clear and easy to follow, the print is a perfect size for fast reading whilst busy with food stuff. The way the recipes are set out on the page is generous, spacious. I don’t mind that there are no pictures, (apart from on the front and back cover). There are many quick and easy delicious dishes to choose from. The Index is well thought out and in groups of dish type. A pleasure to use.
