I’ve been using this deodorant for years. Works perfectly. Doesn’t leave those white stains other deodorants do. Doesn’t smell overpowering. No hard metals.

Forget Lume, this stuff is the best!
I’ve been using Piper Wai since I first saw it on Shark Tank many years ago. It has never ever failed me. Lume works for a short period of time and now has stoped working for longer than a day. I am a fitness instructor so it’s important that I smell good. I can do back to back to back classes with Piper Wai. With lume, I have to take a bird bath and reapply after each class. I got caught up in the advertising but I have come back to the tried and true Piper Wai

I’ve used Piper Wai (PW) paste for at least 6 years. It worked like nothing I’d ever tried before. I used it during a trip to humid East Coast for a week and it was a champ. Although at first odd to be putting it on with my fingertips, it was a small price to pay. I recommended it to a number of friends because I hate all the chemicals in ordinary deodorant and other “organic” deodorants on the market do NOT work.However, PW has some significant quality control issues. Although the product “shrinkage” was annoying, it’s even more annoying to open a jar and find it’s crumbly and difficult if not impossible to actually apply. The jars of yore were bigger and contained product that you could warm for a few seconds and make the product pliable and easy to apply. Then a couple of years ago, the product was almost too workable, but still acceptable given how well PW works.The last 3 jars I’ve opened have the same problem- the paste has to be dug or scraped out because it is SO hard, even when brand new, and then as I rub it into my armpits, it is grainy and difficult to spread. I usually buy PW in the 2-jar pack, so I can’t ever run out, but now I guess I can’t. I’ll have to buy it and immediately open it when I receive it, and then determine if it’s defective so I can return it. And then I’ll have to buy a new one and hope for the best.What a shame. PW was one of the very few products that was consistent and healthy and awesome. Now I have to watch them like a hawk 🙁 I hope someone at PW watches these reviews and the ratings. You guys have a problem and if there are enough people who complain, sales go down, and the company goes away. Please fix this.

Unfortunate Consistency
I decided to order the jar instead of the stick because reviews said the stick did not work as well. However, I received 2 containers of rock solid deodorant. How am I supposed to get something like that onto my armpit? I’m currently very disappointed. Plus, I reached out to the company and they are yet to respond and try to resolve the issue.The only reason I gave this 2 stars and not 1 is that once I used all my strength and scraped some out and rubbed it in, it act works well. No odor. Someone please remediate this issue.

It used to be a good product
Too bad they recently changed the formula on this product. It used to be a good deodorant. The new cream is as hard as a rock, which makes it hard to apply, but most importantly, it seems to be less effective. Maybe they can have 2 buying options: new and old formulas…?
