Delicious and Clean Protein Shake
I recently tried the OWYN plant-based protein shake in the flavor “cookies and creamless,” and I must say, it’s surprisingly good for a protein drink! Many protein shakes can be thick, chalky, and have an unpleasant flavor, but this one has a nice consistency and a flavor that I genuinely enjoy without the chalkiness. There is a slight aftertaste, but it’s much milder compared to other protein powders or drinks I’ve tried.It has a very long shelf life. The price is what I would expect and is comparable.As someone with lactose intolerance, I appreciate that this shake doesn’t upset my stomach at all, making it a perfect option for me. As a nurse practitioner, I also feel good about choosing this protein shake because it seems like a very clean choice. Overall, it’s a protein drink that I look forward to enjoying, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty and easy way to get their protein!

Solid protein intake for lactose intolerant folks!
It would have 5 stars but I don’t enjoy the cookies and creamless one. The chocolate and coffee brew are solid choices. The ingredients are stellar and exclude the top 9 allergens which gives me peace of mind so I can effectively and confidently get my plant based protein in just like everyone else! The bottles are a great size and I think a pretty good value for my money. I always shake them before drinking. The texture is great, the thickness is good (except for the cookies one) and it’s easy to drink. I haven’t tried mixing it in with anything yet but I’m sure it would go well in a smoothie.

The best protein around
If you’re looking for a protein drink that isn’t thick, no clumps, and easy to drink, this is the one. Flavor is amazing, no bad after taste & I never get an upset stomach. I’ve drank premier protein & after drinking this – premier protein is SO thick compared to this. I wish they had more fruity flavors but the strawberry banana is delicious.

No chalky after taste
Thought I’d try these are a meal replacement instead of other brands that give me pains and constipation. These are great. No chalky taste or overly thick shake quality. I got the variety pack and all of the flavors are good. The cookie/cream seems a bit too sweet, maybe, for my taste. But love the dark chocolate. I drink them cold from the fridge, no mixing at all. Smooth texture, easy to carry , and I can recycle the bottles.

never tried these before. have to say very delicious. have to like coffee and chocolate flavor. wish they made strawberry which is not as popular a flavor and harder to find. don’t drink one daily so these lasted me about a month. 20 grams of protein not bad, could be better. TRY EM !!!

Alright flavor
I purchased these because the reviews stated there’s no chalky aftertaste however, I can not agree. The vanilla has quiet the aftertaste. The Coffee is alright.

Clean ingredients, ok flavor.
I purchased this brand because I love the clean Ingredient list. I don’t want any sucralose in my drinks. I had purchased this same brand but a little different style at my local store and they were very good. These taste pretty good but they taste a little watery. I would deal with the 4 star taste to have the healthy option though.
