Works Great for Sleep
I knew about taking Ashwaghanda for mood. A friend told me to take this for sleep. I take 1. 2,100 mg capsule 1hr before bedtime and get off devices 2hrs before bedtime. This helps me get to sleep and stay asleep. I don’t feel drugged in the am and wake up refreshed!!Great product!!

IT REALLY WORKS!
I have NEVER written a review. I just started researching supplements because my health is poor and I just don’t want to add another prescription! My daughter was the first one to ask me what I was doing because she noticed I was so much calmer- so focused – and just overall looking better. Pill open inside
Open me receiving product, I open me sit and dusted started coming out everywhere upon taking the cotton ball out. One of the pills was open on the inside, which is not the worst thing. I have not tried the product yet but plan to start tomorrow and once I do I will come back and adjust my review.

I started taking this supplement over 6 months ago and it has helped in so many ways, with sleep, with mood and stress, also energy! Will definitely continue taking it!Note: The important thing is that not all Ashwagandha products are equal. You have to look for the active ingredient, withanolides. Most studies that prove the benefits of ashwagandha, used 10-30 mg of withanolides daily. So you have to calculate to see if it has the minimum recommended amount. This product does, which is why I recommend it as a health care professional.
