2 scoops per smoothie, blends well, good flavor
This is the only protein powder I use, and in the chocolate as well. The powder is a bit thicker, so no dust, and it blends easily and mixes well with yogurt, ice and water, and other powders like greens. 2 scoops per smoothie. Includes the scoop, which once pulled from the powder the scoop sits well on top and doesn’t get covered in the powder like other finer more powdery protein powder scoops do.I add this to my smoothie especially when using a brand of powdered greens because the vanilla flavor of the Orgain cuts the very minty taste of the greens.

Great buy and great product
I was using a well known protein shake brand that cost me $70 every two weeks. I tried this one as it had even more superfoods and as much protein and was organic. Now a whole tub last me a month and that’s using two scoops a day. It costs less than $30 a month and it’s healthy, tasty and fills me up as I use it for meal replacement for weight loss. Highly satisfied!

Terrific Find!
I’ve been drinking and loving Orgain’s regular protein powders for years, and when Prime Days came in July (2024), I maxed out on ordering as many as Amazon allowed. But when I couldn’t order any more and saw that I could still order the “50 Superfoods” one at a Prime Days price, I took a chance. I was hesitant because it had all these veggies in it. Did I want to be drinking broccoli, cauliflower, green pepper–even onion and garlic!–instead of my regular nicely sweet protein drink? Anyway, when I received and opened it, I took a sniff, expecting to smell all these veggies–but all I smelled was something like a snickerdoodle. I drank one down, and it was wonderful. I know some reviewers mentioned an unpleasant taste, but I just don’t get that. It tasted very pleasant. (I had the vanilla.) Now it’s all gone and I’m back to the regular protein powder. It’s still great but, to be honest, it tastes just a wee bit anemic compared to the Superfoods one. So when Prime Days comes again, I’m heading straight for Orgain’s Superfoods powder. I don’t know how Dr. Abraham does this, but he’s sure a genius in nutrition.

It’s okay, but…..
Pro’s:**Mixes super well, can easily stir it in 10 -12 oz water. Powder in first, then water, then stir.**Vanilla tastes good. Actually tastes like cinnamon toast crunch cereal though.**Good ingredients list, has nothing in it that I didn’t want.CONS:*I eat lean and clean and take a fiber supplement daily. Once I started this I was constipated 80% of the days I was on it. I tried taking less fiber supllplement with it, then I doubled my fiber supplement /seemed to help, but overall I am quitting this after 1 tub and will try the one without superfood blend.Note: I will also note that I added a half dose of a probiotic during this same time period, and also started creatine, but I don’t believe either of those was the culprit for the mild constipation when on this powder.I am giving this a 4 star instead of 3 as I write this because I realize it’s not the worst. I wanted to like it. The indgredients are better than 98% of protein powders…for what its worth.

Delicious & Nutritious
I typically don’t write reviews but I absolutely love this protein powder. It tastes really good with no after taste and I enjoy it best when it’s mixed with almond milk. When mixed with water it is still good just not as tasty as it is with a plant based milk. The ingredients are clean and I appreciate that. This is my favorite protein shake right now and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a great one!

My go-to protein powder
I’ve used several different brands and types of protein powder. After using Orgain I havent had a reason to try another…if it’s ain’t broke, don’t fix it.The plant based vanilla protein tastes good and doesnt make me feel bloated like whey proteins can. I mix the powder in my smoothies with a blender, so blend quality isn’t a problem. Price per serving isn’t too bad either. Unless I’m given a reason to switch, I’m sticking with this protein powder.

Tastes good, quality formulation, does not upset my stomach
My doctor, trainer and physical therapist all suggested that I increase my protein intake now that I’m in my 50s, especially as I am a very active long-distance runner and I work out at the gym multiple times a week. My stomach get upset by a seemingly increasing number of food, products, from milk to soy and peanut butter. This product has not upset my stomach at all, and it tastes good.

3-Star Review
The Orgain Organic Vegan Protein + 50 Superfoods Powder in Vanilla Bean has some strong points but also a few drawbacks: Pros: The plant-based protein is a great option for vegans or anyone avoiding animal products. The added superfoods and prebiotic fibre are a nice touch for overall nutrition. It’s non-GMO, gluten-free, and free of lactose ingredients, which is great for those with dietary restrictions. Cons: The taste is quite artificial and overly sweet for my preference, even when mixed with milk or a smoothie. The powder doesn’t blend as smoothly as I hoped—it tends to clump. The price feels a bit high for what you get compared to other similar products.Overall, it’s a decent protein powder but could improve in flavour and mixability.

Decent protein however I purchased the vanilla and the taste and texture isn’t the greatest. I would not purchase that flavor again. I’m willing to try another but in the meantime I’m trying to figure out a way to make this more palatable.
