Iron for Vegans. Easier Than Taking as Pills.
Very pleased with this liquid iron supplement. I prefer this over taking the iron supplement pills I was taking, though it is a bit like taking a shot of pennies. Little weird, but not bad at all. Really glad I gave it a try.

Swallowing too many pill at some point is tedious, so I decided to try a liquid supplement. It’s not sickly sweet, little bit of a metallic taste, because it is and iron supplement, seems to be doing what it claims to. 4 out of 5 stars because it’s sorta like drinking a shot of pennies!

Enjoyable way to take Iron
This product is applied tasty way to get you daily iron needs. As someone with low iron I have to supplement it daily, and taking pills everyday can get annoying. I much prefer taking a small shot of this tasty liquid to get my daily needed iron. It is a little bit more expensive than the capsule or tablet iron supplements, but if you prefer the liquid I think it is worth the cost. It is also vegan so you can take it no matter what diet you are on.

Simple iron supplement
This Nature’s Truth iron liquid supplement has a simple and effective ingredient list. It is easy to add on top of other multivitamin that I take, without breaking the daily limit of certain nutrients.

Affordable and easy way to get iron for anemic folks
This supplement is only 15 servings of liquid iron bisglycinate. This form of iron isn’t the most bioavailable, but is effective for anemic individuals. The taste is a light berry flavor and the TBSP serving is very easy to take.Since iron is something many women need, this would be something you should take from time to time if you don’t eat enough red meat or your doc tells you to increase iron intake.My GF and I like having this in the house.
Truth in buying –
Very bad packaging.
Could not open top. Had basically glued itself on because of the sticky liquid. I literally had to break it off with pliers. Destroyed cap. Would not buy again. Liquid okay.

Good to have for extra iron. I haven’t been eating a lot of iron rich foods lately so this is a good supplement.
