Delicious peach gummies, easy to chew size, shape, and texture. Not sure if they’re doing anything to help my hair or nails, but at least nothing’s gotten worse! Will order another bottle and see if I can detect any changes.

I’m tired of swallowing pills as I have to take many for my health issues. I thought I’d try a gummy form of my biotin to try. I did some research on various kinds and strengths and settled in these. I’m not thrilled with their taste however. It really leaves something to be desired (Olly’s peach gummy vitamins have great taste for reference). They have a sort of chalky texture to them and leave a semi bad after taste for a couple minutes. I haven’t decided if I’ll completely use the bottle or not but I’m going to try. I’m only taking them every few days right now because of it and just chew fast and wash it down with something different taste wise. So I can’t really recommend these due to the taste.
