Great Multivitamin
It’s only been a week and so far I’m loving this vitamin. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. The pricing is very reasonable as well. These capsule don’t upset my stomach my other vitamins I tried in the past. I love the fact that this little capsule has all t important vitamins I need in it.

Only have to take one small capsule!
I have a really hard time swallowing large pills/vitamins, and have tried so many brands and variations of smaller capsules and gummies. Many other brands require taking 2-3 capsules and gets expensive quick. I love how only have to take 1 capsule and it contains all of the vitamins I am looking for! Good price and I feel better and more energized.

I Love These Whole Food Vitamins!
I just got tired of taking synthetic vitamins that do no good… So, I bought these and I can tell they are working. There must have been a fight going on in my stomach for the first two days, but the vitamins WON, and now I enjoy how they make me feel! Will make Potassium levels go up.
I was taking these vitamins and they raised my Potassium levels.I stopped taking them and the levels returned to normal.So they work well, but beware if you have high potassium.Had blood work complete at my Doctors office.

If you’re tummy sensitive like me, these vitamins are for you. I’ve researched & tried many brands & these are the real deal. I’m on my 2nd bottle & what a difference since my gut & liver cleanse. Just started taking these vitamins will have to take for longer to see the benefits, but they’re very easy to swallow Keep them in your mouth for 10 seconds with water then swallow they do have a slight taste but nothing you can’t handle great price for a four month supply definitely Think it’s worth a try
