Great Easy to Chew Gummies!
My orthopedic doctor recommended these to help with all my joint replacements (6 total) and aches that are associated with my daily life. I am not a “pill swallowing” person – Gummie supplements is what I like best. These are really priced well compared to big box stores and taste great. This is another one of those Amazon products that I don’t have to “drive” to find and pay more for than Amazon. My 5-Star choice for product convenience and a product that seems to help me a lot!!!

That picture is of the gummies I received and tried today, it’s not an earplug. They are sooo disgusting holy cow. Very very bad taste with a lot of cinnamon almost after taste and extremely gritty. I will just choke down pills – this bottle went straight in the trash.

Sharp taste.
The taste is a bit sharp (typical of ginger, I think). They are easy to chew. I did not notice any difference in anything after taking 1/day for a month. I will not purchase again.

Takes time to work, but works!
My doctor told me years ago to take to Turmeric for inflammation. I tried the powder/cooking spice, the pills, the liquid, but would not be consistent in taking it. It won’t work if you’re not consistent. Having them in gummy form helped me be consistent. I take take two every morning and after about a month or so l, I found relief for a sore shoulder. As I get older, I don’t necessarily have to do anything to my body, things just start to hurt. This saved me from physical therapy.
