First protein bar review
I have never before felt compelled to review a protein bar. I had bariatric surgery 6 months ago and struggle to get my required daily protein in. I have a whey intolerance so need to stick with plant protein when it comes to shakes and bars. I have yet to find a bar that I can tolerate more than a bite or three of until now. These are delicious. The texture of the pea crisps is top tier. I feel like I’m eating a cereal bar or rice crispy treat. The flavor is top notch. My favorite so far is the maple blueberry. There is no chalky or grainy protein flavor or texture. I would never guess this was a protein bar if I hadn’t unwrapped it myself. I can eat very little at a time so I need low volume, high protein. I wish these were a little higher in protein but it still works for me at 10grams. I will be getting more of these and will be comparing all others to this now. Highly recommend!

Great – love the slightly hot flavor
I absolutely love Mezcla Vegan Protein Bars! I eat one almost every day and they’ve quickly become a staple in my routine. Perfect Crunch
This is one of the best dairy free protein bars I’ve found. The flavors are great and it has the perfect crunch that most of the whey protein bars have. I hate that most plant protein bars are the fudge like bricks that are so dry. These are exactly what I’m looking for!

Delicious Bars But Didn’t Receive The Correct Amount
The product is very good in my opinion, but I only received 7 bars in my box (supposed to be an 8 pack). All the flavors are delicious and the amount of protein and nutrients is pretty good for only 170 calories.

I wish I had ordered more of these. These protein bars do not taste like the traditional bar we are all used too. This tastes like a guilty pleasure. I feel like I’m eating dessert for breakfast. It is the first bar that I have like all the options and I wish that it was bigger, but I know that will just increase the caloric intake. This is a must buy for those with allergies or health restrictions. I haven’t had a reaction and it is on of the best purchases I have made for 2025.
