Taste Good!
I’m always worried about trying a new vitamin. These taste good! I usually try to avoid the gummies because of that added sugar. The sugar content doesn’t seem too high, but I would prefer no sugar added. Still a little sweet for me. I think I would stick to the swallow pills with no added sugar and ingredients. I do like that it is Organic. Overall if your are looking for a gummy vitamin this is a good choice.

I have a hard time remembering to take my vitamins, I don’t like swallowing pills and I didn’t love the texture and intensity of the Mary Ruth’s liquid vitamins. This fits the bill and is still organic. It doesn’t have a huge amount of every vitamin but the fact is that I’m able to take them and get a good dose of a multivitamin while feeling like I’m having a treat.

The taste and texture are good. I don’t actually know if they’re helping me. I don’t feel any difference. Tad expensive when I can’t tell if they’re helping or not. I’ve been using them for 3-4 months.

Easy Way to Vitamin
If pills are not your cup of tea, these gummies will have you taking vitamins again in no time. They are not very large and the texture is just like any other gummy candy. These taste not like a vitamin, but not exactly like candy. It’s not gross if that’s what you are worried about. I take 2 each morning. I haven’t had time to see the benefits yet, but I don’t know how taking these would be bad. I hope to see improved energy and mood soon. An added bonus would be long luscious hair, but my family is really rooting for improved mood. LOL.
