Doesn’t taste like most corn supplements
Tastes great. I was expecting an unpleasant iron taste and a little nausea, but it’s actually good. I haven’t taken it long enough to experience noticeable results.

Seriously the easiest most delicious way to get iron! I’ve tried other iron gummies and they taste like you are eating blood, ick. Mary Ruth’s liquid iron tastes like berries and that’s it. No weird aftertaste at all. I love it!

The taste isn’t bad like other liquid iron supplements. I haven’t experienced any stomach like I have with other’s. Overall it was a great purchase and I have no regrets thus far.

I’m low on iron so I ordered this product as I heard liquid works quicker. Tastes like metallic berries but is not an awful flavor. The cap is the hardest thing to open. You have to push and twist but half the time I have to use a towel over the top because it hurts my hand with how hard I have to push it. Overall, seems like a good product.

This iron is so easy to take because of its great taste. I can feel a difference on the days I take it. I have more energy and feel better. I just followed the chart on the back of the package to see how much was right for me. I love this product and would recommend it to anyone needing more iron in their diet.

Near Transfusion
I bought this supplement for my daughter who was given iron pills for her low iron. If the iron pills did not work the next step would’ve been a transfusion said the doctor to her. The iron pills gave her terrible stomachahes along with other symptoms so I switched her to this supplement and immediately her symptoms subsided and better yet, she was absorbing it better. It is a bit pricey but I would definitely buy again and recommend because it is worth it.

Compre el producto porque entendía que más o menos a los 3 meses las canas dejaban de salirte, la verdad, no sé si esto sea cierto, sin embargo, puedo decir que me ha dado mucha energía, no es momentáneo, pero después de un tiempo de estar tomando el producto me di cuenta de que durante el día me siento con mucho mejor ánimo de realizar las cosas y me canso muchísimo menos. El sabor es bueno, la verdad está muy dulce y considero que los niños pueden aceptarlo sin problema. También me percaté que me he enfermado muy poco y cuando me sucedió la verdad fue algo ligero, además en la época en la que vivimos el riesgo de las enfermedades es elevado, así que agradezco que haya ayudado a fortalecer mi sistema inmune porque he estado expuesta y no me ha pasado nada. Aún espero que me ayude con las canas y que esto sea cierto, sin embargo, como multivitamínico es excelente. Adicional, gracias por bajar el precio porque en un momento estaba sumamente elevado. Si lo recomiendo, si quieres fortalecer tu sistema inmune, quieres sentir más energía y aportar antioxidantes a tu cuerpo.
