THANK YOU for giving three measurements in your recipes: metric, standard/imperial weights, and standard/imperial measurements like cups.I received another wonderful vegan cookbook for a Christmas gift this year. Sadly it only provided metric and standard/imperial weights. For measuring dry ingredients like flour, my fellow Americans generally prefer cups and don’t use a scale to measure in ounces (we generally only measure liquids in ounces not dry ingredients).I can’t wait to dig in and try a bunch of your recipes, but I just wanted you to know my appreciation for such attention to detail. Hopefully some day we upstart Yanks will figure out metric, but I’m not holding my breath.

Easy to follow recipes with photos
This is the first Vegan cookbook I have purchased. I have made several recipes from it and they have mostly turned out as illustrated. I would recommend this to my friends. I wish it came with a spiral binding however.

I have followed Maddie for a long time on You tube and was so excited about her new book, I actually can’t put it down, the illustration’s are amazing and the recipes so easy to follow, can’t wait to try the butter no chicken curry tonight. I can honestly say this is the best vegan recipe book Ive read, and I have alot. Thoroughly recommend even if you aren’t vegan 😃

Seriously..not a dull recipe in this golden work of art. Everything is exploding with flavor. Literally. Find me a bad recipe in this book… You can’t. This book is inbedded within my weekly shop.

I thought using the ipad in the kitchen was pretty standard these days, but made so awkward in the Kindle version of this book. Surprising, really, coming from a young influencer of the digital age and a self-described minimalist – I don‘t need another physical cookbook in my home! This is probably a pretty cookbook irl, but unappealing in this format, filled with blue url links and very small photos. I follow this author on IG and the food always looks delicious, even though I‘m not vegan by any means, so I was really disappointed to find a range of bland-looking and generic recipes without the pzazz she brings on-screen. I looked for a lentil recipe, knowing she‘s often featured dishes using red lentils and can only find them listed as pantry items… Just 2 stars from me for both Kindle format and content. Could have done much better.
