Great belt, should probably oil
It’s a pretty nice belt for the price. Made in the USA which is nice. The buckle isn’t my favorite but I’m just gonna replace it. The leather is solid but I suggest you oil it. I used some Fiebings golden mink oil on the belt, the oiled side on the left is darker and you can see the details of the leather better than the virgin leather on the right. If you’re looking for a cheap white belt that’s solid and made in the US, this will do

This is a great belt. I was looking for a natural leather belt and saw many for $100. This belt cost so much less and is really well made. You can even swap the buckle out.

Tan is skin tone.
Sizing and build is great. The color of the tan is pinkish skin tone. I am just gonna dye it vs return.

Quality leather vs. inferior hardware
The leather itself is even in thickness, has an appropriate amount of flex for a new veg tan belt etc. When changing the buckle, the metal backs of the snaps bent up immediately. If I want to use the leather, I’m going to have to drill out the snaps and replace them.

Great value for vegtan belt!
I needed a longer belt and was looking for a vegtan belt as my previous Orion vegtan belt is still going strong and I like the way vegtan belt patina over time. I couldn’t find any more Orion belts for sale so I found this belt on Amazon which is half the price of what I paid for the Orion. Compared to the Orion belt this one is ever so slightly thinner. It may have a different finishing as well as after a few sessions of leaving it out in the sun, it hasn’t darkened as fast at the Orion. The belt is very sturdy which includes the buckle. I foresee this belt lasting for many years to come and can’t wait for it to patina. I have included in my review a photo of my Orion belt which I have had for years and this belt as it was brand new. Currently it has darkened slightly but I intend to leave it out in the sun for a few more sessions. Great value for the money. Oh and I suggest paying attention to how they size the belts so you can get a proper fit.

im a size 36. fits fine! great looking belt. sturdy. this should patina well overtime. its stiff because its untreated, it will soften up overtime. perfect pair with raw selvedge denim.

A thick natural leather belt. I put some neatsfoot on it to darken it up to bring it closer to beige/brown (caramel color). Its adjustable in sizing. Im a 34″ waist….I got a 36 for a perfect fit. Quality is excellent.

A perfect base to build your own belt.Has clips that are easy to open making it super simple to change the buckle.My only complaint was that it was packaged folded and because of the way it was folded there are permanent creases in the belt. Easily solved by rolling the belt into a circle. I hope they start doing that instead.

This is a real leather belt. Plain and simple. It’s untreated, thick and should stand the test of time. Being as this is natural leather (full grain), it should pick up a patina via the oils from your hands with time. Thus, darken with age. Generally full grain leather will also soften. So the belt that you receive stiff will undoubtably relax with time.If you’re totally aware of exactly what this is, not only will you be very happy, but with time you’ll see the belt change in a manner that should be quite pleasing.All in all, this is definitely a decent real belt.
