Since becoming allergic to dairy 6 months ago I have been cautiously trying vegan cheeses. THIS ONE IS THE BEST!! I will forever be putting this on everything from pasta to pizza, bagels, and toast! I’m planning to try it in some homemade vegan Mac n cheeze too!!

Delicious Alternative to Ricotta
I’ve been a fan of kite hill ricotta since becoming vegan. It has a creamy texture with a delicious taste. I prefer it heated up over eating it cold. It mixes well with pasta, in dressings, or as a spread. With a little bit of salt the taste is just right. The newer version is a bit creamier than the previous one. You can definitely tell the difference in the texture. Two thumbs up!

Kite Hill tends to do their nondairy alternatives very well, compared to other competitors. I usually eat this with toast and everything bagel seasoning and it tastes great and spreads well. Doesn’t separate or harden in the fridge.
