Wonderful every one needs!
I could not wait to get this. My old one had played out and well I over did it putting Christmas decorations up. I ordered two because I did not want to share. It is really plush and so soft. I am currently using it and I am single the high vibration setting but it is so smooth and the vibrations really reach all areas of my back. I am laying down and unlike some there are no areas on my back that hurt from pressure points. That is really nice. The heat setting is perfect on low and not getting to hot like sometimes happens and you have to turn off the heat.So far with my first use I really like it. I also like that it has a little snap on the neck so when you wrap it over your shoulders you can sit or lay down without trying to get it in the right place. It only came in one color which was not a deal breaker but it would have been nice when getting more than one to have different color. It does have an auto shut off but runs for a pretty long time before it turns off.If you or someone you know has back issues this seems to be a great gift idea for them.

I love this thing. It’s quiet, and well made. Large and covers all of my shoulders and down to mid back area. Helps with the tightness and pain from fibro. Love the massage function and heats well. Functionality is simple tonise. Great value for the money!

I like this neck and back heater/massager. The heat is great. I have chronic neck and back pain and I’ve been looking for something to help me just a little. I had picked out a heating pad like this, but it was weighted. This is heavy enough. Very soft and a good value for the money. Also has an auto shutoff incase I fall asleep. Just wish it didn’t need a cord!

If tall, not long enough.
Does massage in 4 areas, but not long enough for a tall person. If you do low back, shoulders arent done.Heat does carry through entire length.Heavy, not very comfy to sit against.

This heating pad is perfect length for me, it reaches my lower back. . I have back and neck problems. I use this at least once a day. I like that you can combine the heat and massage or just use one or the other.

The two upper areas that are massagers/heating shift to the bottom. I missed my return date by two days otherwise I would be returning this product.
