I had a problem with the heating pad when I first got it – the heating part of it wouldn’t turn on. But it seems to be working fine now. It’s heavier than I thought it would be. The only downfall is you can’t wash it – it’s spot clean only.I got this for my RLS. Even if it doesn’t relieve my RLS, it is still a very comfortable weighted, heated, massage pad. And the color is fantastic! The material is velvety, plush, soft and thick.ADD: Now that I’ve had some time to use this, I want to say for me it works great for RLS! There are 2 vibrating motors and I put one on each shin bone and it vibrates through to the muscles and bones. I love it!!!!

PERFECT size. GOOD heat. GENTLE massage. VALUE priced.
Tried it out IMMEDIATELY after unpacking. SIMPLE / EASY to use. TWO buttons. One for heat. One for massage. Three levels of heat. Six levels of massage. Another PLUS is that it plugs directly into a 120v outlet. No gigantic ac/dc converter. I use it for small of the back while computer chair sitting. But, it’s also weighted for couch / bed lounging. So far, so good. I give it 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

Almost perfect…
The heating is AMAZING and I use it on the hottest temp usually for my chronic back pain and spasms. I like the sizing, great if you are a bit taller. I’m 5’6″, and it covers most of my back if I lay on it. The cord is nice and long too, which I appreciate.I would give this 5 stars, but the massage function is basically just a vibrating buzz even on the highest setting that doesn’t really massage anything. The only other downside is if you are sensitive to this: The plastic massage nodes throughout the heating pad are hard and if you have to lay on them they can stick out and dig in a bit. But not to the point its unbearable if you can position the heating pad just right.Overall: Reasonably priced, reliable, easy heating makes it worth the purchase. Don’t buy this if you are mostly buying for the massage function though.

I Love this THING!! It weight is apx 5lbs, the multi-settings and soft material make it comforting and soothing for 20 min at a time for massage and 2 hours for heat. awesome value, quality and ease of use for the price point.Only down side for me is the noise of the massager, but its not that loud all things considered.

Disappointed
Used only a few times, thought it was a great purchase, but now the heat stopped working and flashes a red light on high. I have unplugged it several times and it just starts flashing again. Tried to trouble shoot, no luck. The massage still works, but that’s not helpful as a “heating pad”

Good Heating Pad
Really good quality compared to the last heading pad i had. Has some weight to it enough to handle and the perfect amount. Vibrating massage option on it is very comforting and helps with my stomach pains. Gets really warm too so i recommend.

This massaging heating pad was great when new, but after two weeks of near constant use postoperatively, it started heating erratically and we deemed it unsafe for further use.
