Great supplement but makes my dog gassy!
I’ve been giving this to my dog who has nasal cancer for almost a month. It hasn’t been the smoothest sailing since giving it to him because of some minor problems. My dog also has inflammatory bowel disease so I started off on the low end of his dose and he still developed some issues. The main issue with giving this to him is that it makes him super gassy. And I mean super gassy! As soon as I increased the amount of the supplement his gas would get bad again. As I got towards the higher end of the dose I noticed that he was starting to poop more often. I think there’s a lot of fiber in beta glucans which can cause that and also gas. It’s hard to tell whether or not it’s actually helping because I have him on a ton of different supplements to help fight the cancer. He had radiation 7 months ago and has been doing fantastic from that and with all the supplements I give him. I have faith that this is actually doing something because medicinal mushrooms are beneficial for tons of different things. I recommend adding some water to their food since this is a dry powder. I add just enough that it makes almost a gravy in his food. He must love it because he licks his bowl clean!

I gave this to my mom’s dog who is almost 15 years old and was really looking his age. He was very sluggish and slept most of the day. prevents cancer and mix well into food
love this powdered form of mushroom supplement. most mushroom treat supplements are usually too hard because mushroom powder itself tends to harden whatever it’s mixed in. soft mushroom treat supplements usually have too many fillers in them. this is the perfect compromise, and my dogs eat their dry/wet food combo with no complain with this addition. only complaint is it does stain the bowl quite a bit.
