Customers appreciate the belt’s functionality, appearance, and length. They find it works well, has a decent look, and the tail stays underneath the belt instead of flopping around. Many find it a good value for money, adjustable, and comfortable. However, some customers have mixed opinions on its durability and fit.

Very pleased.
Very pleased. Nice belt.Great price and quality. Looks sharp, durable and easy to use. Doesn’t show any wear marks and continues to look brand new. I like that it works with my jeans, dress pants and golf pants. Super pleased.

Great value and looks great too!!!
I bought this belt, just looking for something different and something that fits better. I could have pick a better belt! Flexible enough to be more comfortable than a leather belt. But firm enough for me to carry my edc fix-blade and my pistol! It stays snug, where I set it, it doesn’t sag or loosen! I will be ordering another! I definitely recommend this belt, it looks good and the quality is exceptional!!!

Solid Belt
This belt is a mixed bag. I’m seriously overweight, and there are some aspects of this belt that don’t work well for me personally, but overall, I still find it is generally superior to more traditional cloth/leather belts.Good stuff:The webbing seems durable with no discernible stretch. When it is tightened, it stays tight, and it doesn’t roll even under my substantial girth. On first glance, the ratcheting/latching mechanism looks like it is going to be uncomfortable, but I was surprised by how little I felt. The underside of the buckle didn’t cut into me, and it was only after more than seven hours of slouching forward at my desk that I noticed my belly was getting a sore spot from the top of the buckle. It is hard to describe, but my point is that I had been wearing it for weeks and hadn’t noticed anything until that point. It is way more comfortable than it looks. The buckle has a tension release lever that makes it easy to quickly remove the belt, even when you realize you’ve had too many beers and nuts and need a fast visit to the nearest toilet.Lastly, in spite of having no particular mechanism to grab onto, the ratcheting mechanism holds securely (with a caveat below)Not so good:The release mechanism can be triggered by the zipper area on your jeans (mine, anyway). This can be overcome by adjusting the buckle of the belt left or right or “center”. My belly mostly conceals where “center” is, but on someone else it might look a bit odd. Then again, if you lack the big belly to mask the buckle, maybe you won’t have such a hard time with the release either. The only other sort of negative mark is that the loose end of the belt goes behind the secure part of the belt. This is one of those things that is probably more of a problem for me than for someone who has more of a butt or is simply in better shape. For me, it can be hard to get as much tension as I would like, and then having achieved that tension, it can be hard to get the loose end tucked in. Even though it can be a bit uncomfortable and require more than one attempt, the smaller increments of adjustment make it a lot easier to get the belt, “just a little tighter.”I think my ideal version of this belt would be a similar design, but one where the loose end lays atop the tightened belt and it would have some clever way of protecting the release mechanism without making it noticeably more difficult to release the belt. I love that there isn’t a tension adjustment “region” like there is on another belt for which I’ve seen ads. I have hopes of losing at least some of my weight, and I like the idea that I don’t need to worry about either outgrowing or un-growing tot he point that this belt will have to be replaced for those reasons.

So thoroughly pleased
When I purchased this belt, I was looking for something that was well-made and reliable. This belt exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and functionality. It’s exactly what I needed and not made with cheap construction.ProsClassy for the Big Boys: This belt has a very sophisticated look that’s perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a casual outing or a more formal event.Sturdy: The build quality is excellent. You can feel the sturdiness as soon as you hold it.Color: The black color is versatile and matches everything in my wardrobe.Ease of Use: While it’s sturdy, it’s also flexible enough to adjust easily. I can loosen it before I sit down to eat and tighten it when I’m going to be walking around.ConsAdjustment Difficulty: The only downside is that it’s a bit hard to adjust, especially if you’re on the heavier side like me. But once you get the hang of it, it’s manageable.Personal ExperienceI’ve had a great experience using this belt. It has become a staple in my wardrobe because it matches everything. One of the features I appreciate the most is its ease of adjustment. Before I sit down to eat, I can easily loosen it, and when I’m going to be walking around, I can tighten it back up without any hassle. This level of flexibility is something I didn’t know I needed until I had it.ConclusionOverall, this belt is a fantastic addition to any wardrobe. Its combination of durability, style, and practicality makes it worth every penny. If you’re looking for a high-quality belt that can handle daily wear and still look great, this is the one to get.

Best of Ratchet Belts
I’ve had multiple ratchet belts over time. All but this one were the plastic notches imbedded in a leather strap or the notches cut into the leather itself. None of those held up over time. The leather separates and cracks and I have to keep gluing it together OR the buckle release knob bends and gives out.The biggest reasons for liking my ratchet belts were the fine-tune adjustments and the easy one-handed release/loosen ability. The other was some of the models came with a hidden belt tail. But I’m seeing this less and less and the ones I previously bought which I would be willing to buy again are no longer available. Then I found this belt. The heavy duty nylon has not cracked nor separated. It’s very sturdy. I made sure to buy one with a buckle that did NOT have an extend release knob to avoid bending or breaking. And this model does have the hidden tail option where the excess belt will tuck under the buckle and stay b/t the belt and the pant, not hanging out or getting in the way. This is the best ratchet belt I’ve owned and I don’t feel like it’s in any way close to giving out. I might buy more just to make sure I have plenty of future belts just in case this too becomes no longer available (which I’d hate to see because it’s great!). Definitely would buy again and definitely recommend.

Very nice belt
I’m very happy with this belt. The thick nylon feels good and feels durable. The buckle holds tight and very easy to adjust. I would definitely buy another one, especially at this price.

This is an excellent belt except that the black powder coating on the buckle scratches very easily. I have been very careful with this belt as it’s an expensive product but despite this the buckle has scratched which I believe for such a product should not happen. As the buckle is very visible and the product is designed for very practical use this should not happen. Replacing the buckle would be difficult so a replacement of the whole belt would be required to fix the problem. I would like a comment from the manufacturer please. Thank you, Mike.

If you’re looking for a belt, congrats, you found one. At first I’m not sure what to review but then I remembered a really cheap $5 belt I bought a little while ago. It turned out to be made from compressed cardboard… So with that thought in mind. This belt is really well made. The material is sturdy and while I won’t test it I wouldn’t be surprised if I could use it to tow my car. The buckle is solid and really holds the position. It’s really easy to put on and is quite comfy. It’s a little big for me though, but I knew that would be when I bought it and will at some stage shorten it, but even then it fits around the waste so comfy and tucks away that I don’t even notice. At the end of the day, it’s a belt and does a good job of keeping my pants from fraternizing with my ankles.

Great belt. would suggest ordering a belt 2″ larger than your actual waist measurement. Otherwise there isn’t much room for the overlap behind the buckle.
