A good low dose vitamin packed in a small easy to take pill. It is a good supplement for people who eat a healthy diet. Because I use blood thinner, Ilike that it doesn’t have vitamin K. It is a good multivitamin with minerals at a low cost, for Men and Women

these are fantatsic….cheaper than what i was getting…totally vegan ….has nothing that you don’t want…..and everything you do wants………..i mainly wanted to ditch the food dyes found in most pills…………those are pure chemical and totally useless…..red dye 3 caused cancer…….these are also the smallest pills i have ever seen…..smaller than the size of a grape nut cereal nib…..very pleased with this brand and product….

Affordable Choice
Let me start by saying, I have a very sensitive stomach, so I don’t tolerate all vitamins well. I am vegetarian and do not eat gelatin so it can be hard to find a vitamin that has the essentials without being in a capsule form (many use gelatin). The same goes for iron, I do not tolerate all iron well, and have struggled to find one that won’t upset my stomach. So far, these have been easy on my digestion and absorption. They’re super small which makes them easy to swallow. I will say, one reason I did not give it 5 stars is because, depending on your diet, magnesium and calcium can be crucial. If you look at the amount of daily % that these offer for both they are only 2% of your daily recommended amounts! As a vegetarian who does not use milk products, it’s important to get enough daily through whole foods or supplements. The same for magnesium which plays a big factor in hormones, body function, etc. That said, I have to take both of those separately in addition to these multivitamins. I also take Omegas as they do not include them. Overall, great for majority of vitamins but make sure you read the label and supplement for vitamins that are low or missing if you follow a restricted diet.

Love These, Taken For Years!!
I been vegan for over 8 years & have taken these for a while now (a few years). I tried out other vegan multis but they’re all really expensive and you have to take 2. This one is really great because you only need to take 1 per day and the price is right! The size is also helpful because I take other medications and these being small helps me take them all at once. My labs for vitamins have always came back normal, and I feel like it is definitely in part due to these vitamins. Thank you!

Tiny, very easy to take. Lots of essential vitamins. Useful for anyone on any diet. I don’t notice a taste, but it does smell a little funky. But it’s that B-12 smell, so you know you’re getting your B vitamins!I don’t follow a great diet. I enjoy junk food. But I’ve been vegan for over ten years and my blood tests are always perfect. I can’t guarantee that it’s from these, but based on the fact that my diet has been trash for most of those years, I’d assume that these are a contributing factor.I never go without them.
