Amazing product
I have found nothing to dislike about this heating pad.I received and used the pad today.The pad itself is soft and pliable. I recently had hip surgery and pad has perfect hip to knee coverage. It gets plenty warm, I used second lowest setting of 2 of of a possible 6, temp was perfect for the sore joints and muscles. Such an improvement over my old small 20 year old pad that still worked, but had the shortcomings of age. I wish I had replaced it long ago. No slip covers to slip, and a far wider choice of temperatures. Material transfers the heat to the skin well. Can be sprinkled for moist heat, but I never tried that feature, I didn’t find it necessary. Provided it works as well in the future as it did today I will continue to be a happy camper. Just what I needed
I was having back aches and my heating pad was an old one – plastic cover, and folded up into a mess. I ordered this one, and the improvement is amazing! I like the soft cover and the massage units fit perfectly on either side of my back. The timer automatically turns the massage off in 15 minutes and the heat in 2 hours. That can be frustrating when I am enjoying the warmth, but I can always turn it back on.

This is super soft and that’s nice. It takes a long time to get as hot as other plastic-lined heating pads. I would also say that the heat levels 1-6 are a lot lower than the typical heating pad. So the 6 is more like 3 on the cheap plastic ones. It’s not bad though, once it’s hot on level 6 it’s a nice hot level. I use it under my desk for my feet or when it’s cold just to stay warm, so it works for that. It is also a great pad if you want to use it for kids because it doesn’t get that hot super fast. So I feel safe letting my daughter use it when she asks.

poor quality, broken after 4 months
I have had this heating pad for just under 4 months, now no matter what heat setting i use, the heating pad stops functioning after 2-3 min and displays a flashing E on the digital portion of the controller. Needless to stay it is now useless after almost 4 months. I cannot find any contact info for DAILY LIFE what so ever. Stay clear of this item and brand.

Awesome heating and massage pad!!
This pad is amazing. It does both a great job with heating and massaging!! It’s lightweight, has a long cord, automatic shut-off timer and very comfortable. I like that it’s not bulky and it directly targets my back pain. I recommend getting this heating pad.

The best heating pad I’ve ever purchased. It’s thin, flexible, not plastic it’s made of material with no cover. It has six settings and a long cord. Easy to use! It comes with a safety warning on usage. The highest setting I’ve used is 2 and it’s quite warm and great for pain relief. Even heat throughout the pad. I’m 5’2 it covers head to the top of my leg. I’ve purchased a lot of heating pads and nothing compares to this one. I believe this heatingpad will last for years with great care. 5 Stars
