What a treat!
This is an excellent cookbook for those weary of a “traditional or “boomer” style vegan cooking. It has easy recipes for basics like “Mayo” and “Creme Anglais” and overnight oats as well as really tasty spins on otherwise boring vegetables like cauliflower or broccoli or carrots. Easy to follow. No weird ingredients—although it does use olive oil and coconut milk which WFPB recipes usually do not. The desserts and sweets look really delicious, mostly fruit based.

I’m always on the hut for a good vegan recipe. Suppose that are pretty easy to make with ingredients that I have on this book. I found lots of my faves sauces gravy’s dressing all very savory and flavor fall. I highly recommend the purchase of this book if you want. Some variety in your vegan cooking.

I have bought a lot of vegan cookbooks this year, this cookbook is excellent! I have had it for a couple of weeks and have already sampled a few of the recipes. Clear and concise instructions and very flavorful dishes. I just made the brussel sprouts slaw, delicious! Highly recommend this cookbook, many great recipes and wonderful ideas that I haven’t seen in other books…

Das Buch hält was es verspricht! Ich folge Lloyd Rose schon lange auf Instagram (@plantcrazii) und habe viele seiner Rezepte nachgekocht. Die Videos sind so ansprechend, wie dieses Buch. Die Rezepte kannte ich noch nicht und koche/koste mich grad durch. Sehr empfehlenswert. Ich hoffe, da kommt noch mehr!!!!
