Great Product – Great Potential
So far I am pleased with my purchase. The item arrived on time and was well packaged. I must say that it was a pleasure to receive a product manual that was so clearly written and nicely presented. A company that puts that kind of effort into its print materials surely gives full consideration to its product. The air fryer has a great build and is easy to wipe down after use. The basket and grill plate can go in the dishwasher. The controls are very accessible and intuitive. I made quesadillas as my first effort and just did clean up with a dry paper towel. I had ordered parchment liners but they arrived the next day. The 8X8 squares are a perfect fit for the 6 qt. basket. Cosori includes some recipes but since I am new to air fryers I ordered an air fryer cookbook from Amazon. Will report on the book here after I use it a few times.UPDATE which includes 3 photos: I purchased the Air Fryer Cookbook for Beginners by Olivia Windrow. It has some good recipes including international. I didn’t count but quite a few are of Asian origen. The directions are clear but there are no photos inside. The paper is non-slick off white with a grayed ink font about size 12. This is all manageable. I didn’t mind the typos or the fact it may have been written or edited by someone with English as a second language. What I didn’t like was the Index. The first thing I looked up was french toast. It wasn’t listed under its recipe title, or french toast. Rather it was listed under BREAD. The index is organized around whatever the author designates as the main ingredient of the dish. The Table of Content (sic) is divided into categories such as Morning Favorites, Juicy Meat Dishes, Perfect Veggies and Sides, and Quick Bites and Appetizers. It also has introductory sections about air frying in general. My recommendation is to save your $. I have found everything I wanted to know on the internet. I made crispy buffalo wings, but arrived at my own recipe after looking at several on line. And, all of them have pictures which I find helpful. If you have Kindle you can access this book at little or no cost.

Quality of the Cosori air fryer
Iโve only had this air fryer for a few weeks, but I can tell a huge difference in its quality from my old air fryer. Itโs so much easier to clean, and the noise level is very low (sometimes I donโt think itโs running.). Iโm still learning how to use it as it cooks so much faster than my old one. I cooked a 2 lb. Pork loin in 30 minutes and it was amazing. You canโt beat a grilled cheese sandwich in it. It really makes it crispy. Iโve really been trying to cook more healthy. Being a born southern that can be challenging as we love our food. Having this air fryer makes it so much easier for me to accomplish my goal for a more healthy diet plan. I look forward to seeing just exactly what all I can cook in it.

Best Ever!
Iโve owned 2 previous rice cookers, and this one I like the best because of the options available. You can choose the textureโฆhard, soft, or regular. Thatโs never been an option before. This cooker takes longer to cook the rice, but I donโt have a problem with that because now I know how much time I need to cook it in advance. This one is bigger than any others, as I can cook 10 cups cooked. I really enjoy the long warming length after itโs done, because I can start my rice first, as Iโm preparing the other dishes. I like the style and design, although it is bigger and takes up more space than any Iโve had before. The best part is the nonstick bowl it cooks the rice in, it makes for a better cooked rice, just like better pots and pans cook food better. Itโs worth the price! Im impressed with Consori appliances here on out!!

Best Air Fryer I’ve Purchased
I have purchased a few air fryers over the years. They get well used. The Cosori is undoubtedly the best air fryer I have purchased. It cleans up beautifully, cooks the food precisely and the controls are easy to use. I bought one for my son also because it was so good. I liked the Cosori brand so much I also bought a pressure cooker.

Premetto che รจ la mia prima friggitrice ad aria e all’ inizio รจ necessario familiarizzare con l’ apparecchio perchรฉ รจ di un potenza davvero impressionante. Cuoce in tempi rapidissimi praticamente di tutto. Io ci riscaldo il pane in 1 minuto e in due minuti si preparano delle bruschette perfette. Le costine di maiale sono venute fuori perfette, morbide all’ interno e croccanti all’ esterno, in solo 7 minuti. Davvero impressionante. Fino ad ora non ha sbagliato un colpo e ,benchรฉ io sia alle prime armi, mi ha giร fatto dimenticare tutti gli scetticismi iniziali. ร una settimana che non utilizzo il forno tradizionale e le portate realizzate risultano molto leggere, non ho infatti ancora utilizzato una goccia di olio! Il risparmio รจ considerevole rispetto ad un forno tradizionale dato che รจ pronta in 4 minuti per la cottura dei cibi e molto veloce nell’ esecuzione. We’ve been using this product for a while now, over six months. The first thing that caught our attention was how silent this thing is. We were suspicious about it, because you barely notice it’s on so we weren’t sure if it would cook/fry things well, but after using it we noticed right away that it works much better than our previous XXL Philips one. It has a lot of presets, the beep is not too loud, super happy with it.
