I have been taking these about 2 weeks now. They are a great size and very easy to swallow. They don’t leave a nasty after taste. I take them after i eat a meal. I have been more energized. My skin is glowing. Helps with my bloating and digestion. I was having a lot of mucus i have notice less mucus. The pills have no smell unless you smell the bottle. I feel great. My knees have been less inflamed. Less joint point lately. My new staple supplement.

The dosage is a no for me!
So I got these about a week ago and took 2 capsules (per the directions) after I ate breakfast. It took roughly about 45 mins before I noticed it kicked in and something was wrong. I was way too fidgety, stuck staring at my computer screen (barely getting work done on time) I started sweating (not too bad though). I start work at 8:30am and by the time 2/3pm came, I was dozing off 😭🤦🏽♀️😂 I couldn’t keep my eyes open. Luckily, I made it to the end of the day (5pm), went home and went straight to sleep lol. The next day I didn’t take any pills at all. The day after I just took 1 pill, instead of 2. Now that was a way better balance! Gave me just enough energy I needed for the day and I wasn’t dead to the world when 2pm came around lol. If you guys decide to buy them and it does you like it did me, try 1 pill a day instead of 2. Hope this helps ☺️

I started taking it a couple months ago and the first two days I had so much energy I didn’t know what to do with it.After a bit I got used to everything and I have more get up and go than I did before.Only downside I’ve seen (for me) is my concentration towards reading books OR even being on my phone has dwindled. I just want to get up and be more productive.That was in the first two months. Now I can read more often as long as I stop after a couple chapters and go do something productive.I noticed if I stop taking it it takes a couple days but I notice the difference and so has my husband. He’s come to find out if I take them I stay on top of things more and seem happier. Where if I don’t I seem to be easily worn out and want to do less.My advice, don’t smell it when you take it.Might seem pricey, but it’s working for me and I will happily pay it.The capsule is one of those easy to swallow ones and it’s a tiny capsule.
